Arrived very late after a road closure for avalanche work on the Hwy The night staffer - Shawn on the desk was brilliant - even changed our room for a place with no neighbours so we could get extra sleep - the morning staff allowed us a late checkout as well even though they were fully booked for the weekend Breakfast had lots of options, and there was constant coffee and water in the foyer throughout the day Nice pool to relax (if there aren’t too many people in there

We’re not fans of single use cheap-o plastic cutlery, we get the convenience factor and all that but it’s sort of trashy to eat like that when your on a trip

Everything was great , beds very comfortable, staff was very helpful

Only issue we had was the hockey team kids , and them throwing a football from hot tub to pool to the slide , kids climbing up the slide the wrong way when other kids were wanting to come down . kids were getting it in the head with the ball, one of the kids at the pool got a nose bleed . my grandson got hit in the head with the ball then got slapped. I did report to the desk and the lady come down right away and spoke with the boys but right after she left they started all over. The ball had hit the window to the gym 3 times , parents from the team were no where to be found and when the did come in they come in with drinks.

The pool and separate waterslide work great for both of my boys, one being 10 and the other three years old. The staff was also very friendly and helpful for us and got us extra blankets when we needed to make a “fort.” the breakfast was amazing as well and free 

Can’t say anything bad about the property our big window faced a back field, which was great but some people might think that the amenities are too far away yet there’s a Boston Pizza in the same parking lot and the donut mill across the street!

Clean, and reasonably priced. The complimentary breakfast had a good selection as well.

Would suggest making the breakfast available for a bit longer on the weekend, especially Sunday. The walls seemed to be a bit thin as well, and could could hear the kids next door and running in the halls late at night. Usually this isn’t an issue, but it did seem to be a busy weekend, and could be an issue in the future.

what I liked about the property are: 1. proximity to food establishments as it is an arms reach to places to grab food. 2. it has a 10percent discount to Boston pizza if you stay in the hotel you just have to present your room key 3. the swimming pool was great 4. the hot buffet breakfast was really magnificent 5. there is 24 hour coffee available at the hotel lounge. 6. the reception was amazing as the receptionist knows how to handle the guest. 7. the room was very clean and quiet and we were given a room with a view.

1. the room has no bath tub. i thought there is a bathtub but it is still good

Well designed space upon entering. The staff I had in my experience were very much service oriented and authentic in that. The room was well appointed and sparkling clean. Linens and beds very comfortable. Breakfast was above the standard and had a very nice selection. Looked to be a nice walking path near the hotel for anyone with pets or children to go run off a little energy. Never checked out pool area and I think I saw a laundry area for guests which would be a nice touch.

there was no cookies with the coffee and tea provided. just the little snack to accompany that is a nice tough and much appreciated I think.

Breakfast, water play facilities and staff was all excellent.

Was booked on a floor with a hockey team . They were partying in middle of hallway for a great deal of evening. Not only were they being loud and disruptive that I could hear at end of hallway but after complaining they did not retire to suite continued to block entire hallway. After complaining twice once at 11 another at 130 am, especially during covid when there are supposed to be masking and distancing measures in place . This was very inappropriate. I would have rather had a good night's sleep than a discount. Perhaps in future put them on separate floor from other guests

This location exceeded our expectations. And I have a background in hotels so my standards are pretty high. The facility was great, room was clean and comfy. The pool, water slide and hot tub were clean and well maintained. I especially loved seeing someone cleaning the area 3 times in our overnight stay. The breakfast staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and everything was kept stocked up and fresh. The hotel was very busy but we didn’t hear a peep after 10pm.

Walls seemed thin because we could here everything above us and beside us. Also, we were told they don’t put fruit out on the weekend. Fruit is one of the few things in the breakfast buffet my husband could eat and it didn’t make sense to not have it on hand on the weekend.

pillow selection the room are clean and the air conditioner was a great option, there is a pool and gym on the main floor. morning coffee is great and the staff are polite and friendly.

there is no tub in the room only a standing shower and the way the door are designed we ended up with water on the floor, the upstairs neighbors were heavy walkers and we can here that
