Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Belleville, an IHG Hotel

The breakfast was excellent, and I was pleasantly surprised by the number of hot and cold options available. The pool and hot tub were lovely, clean, and well-maintained. Our room was quiet and comfortable.

The breakfast buffet was packed. The hotel offers additional seating down the hall, but there is only one small sign in the hallway that indicates extra seating is available. Luckily, one of the cleaning staff saw us holding our plates and gave us a heads up that there was another breakfast room for spillover during busy times.

The location is absolutely fantastic. The surrounding dining and shopping options are incredibly convenient, making my trip even more enjoyable. The staff left a lasting impression on me as well. They were incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to assist me, answer my questions, and provide useful recommendations. Furthermore, the rooms were impeccably clean. I immediately sensed the freshness and tidiness upon entering my room, making my stay here very comfortable.

I didn't have breakfast. Locations was very convenient. Would have been nice if the pool was open, but maintenance has to happen sometime and I was notified that this was the case beforehand. Stay here once a year and will continue for the foreseeable future. Will probably add an additional trip for a few nights this summer.

Everything was good. Would have been nice to know where the ice machine was instead of having to search for it, but I got a little exercise in the process, so not a big deal. Can't think of anything else. This really is a great property to stay.

The staff were all very pleasant and polite, from the front desk (who was able to accommodate our early check-in since we travelled with young children) to the cleaning staff. The room was comfortable and quite clean. The breakfast was way better than I expected and was actually very good! The cleaning staff there were working constantly to keep tables and the buffet area clean. The pool and hot tub were nice too. Overall, we would stay again!

The rooms could use a little update, some minor stains on the sofa bed. Black out blinds did not close all the way down. We could hear footsteps from the guests in the floor above. Minor things that are expected in a hotel and overall wouldn't deter us from coming again.

We liked the coffee but the egg dishes (one day we had an omelet, the next scrambled) tasted quite rubbery and wasn't very hot. Our room was very comfortable and very clean.

This a suggestion rather than a complaint. I slipped in the shower and took quite a fall. Luckily, I was not seriously injured but did have a number of bad bruises. I slipped on the bottom of the bath towards the area furthest away from the shower head. Had there been a horizontal grab bar on the back wall, I would, in all likelihood, have been able to prevent my fall. I thought I should mention it as it might be something to consider integrating in your business plan for the purpose of offering safety improvements to your clients.

Two queen beds, well appointed room and bathroom. Clean. Had everything we needed. Excellent breakfast. Excellent variety of food choices. LOVED the DIY pancake conveyor machine - much more sanitary and safer than old flip waffle irons. Well set up and clean. Choice of paper plates to go or regular plates and utensils to stay in the bright and spacious eating area.

One more bath towel for the room (eg. two per person - I have long hair). Husband showers at night and in morning.

Very good breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was full, but did not hear other guests, so good sound barriers (except for hallway, but that is everywhere unless there is a double doorway which is rare). The staff were very, very friendly and helpful! They went out of their way to assist us with any queries we had, and that included reception, breakfast and cleaning staff. All were well suited to their duties, and performed them with good humour and professionalism. We had asked for early check-in, and staff followed up on this request with cleaning folks and did all they could to accommodate us. This was very appreciated as we had limited time to get to a wedding location. There is good parking for this hotel too. Liked the disinfectant dispensers at the elevator doors.

Bath lacked a bath mat to help prevent falls. Slip free surface is not enough for seniors. A safe would have been useful.

The variety of breakfast foods was very good snd very fresh. It was very crowded and the staff was quick to direct us to the boardroom. Very accommodating.

Lack of daily house keeping ie making of the beds, fresh towels, after all people who either are on a vacation or business stay would like to come back to their rooms all refreshed. Prices have gone up but this kind of service is non existent.

The room was so comfortable. Staff were amazing last night and this morning. Love the bed and pillows. So close to everything. Had little toy chick's hiding in the room that made me laugh. I'm sure another guest planned them there and housekeeping never found them.

Water pressure was very low in the shower. Had a late checkout but couldn't sleep in a could hear knocking and then "HOUSEKEEPING" over and over again....constantly.

We were in the area for a wedding. The hotel suited all our needs, excellent wifi, parking, very clean, quiet, comfortable bed and very spacious room, friendly staff, easy check in and out. Breakfast was plenty and quite a bit of variety

Eating gluten free, my choices were more limited for breakfast. I expected that. I just wished I could have enjoyed the eggs more.
