Everything! The location is perfect to visit the Sandbanks park and beaches. It is a short drive to Picton’ small town amenities and restaurants. The Inn is nestled in the country side where you will find calm and peace, so if you are looking to get away from the city this is the place to be. Our suite was gorgeous, very clean and comfortable. It is dog-friendly and human-friendly! The staff we met was very nice, specially the gentleman in the restaurant. Even though we didn’t have any water in the morning due to a thunderstorm that broke the water pump, we were very happy to stay in this great place.

Lovely location in a very rural spot so very peaceful and quiet. The rooms are a great size and we had a walk out onto a balcony. There were ample supplies of coffee and tea, cream and milk and on the weekends you can get brunch which we did and was AMAZING! The building itself is an old school house and they use the main room of the schoolhouse to serve brunch. Lovely old historical feel to it but very up-to-date and well appointed with furnishings and decor.

My only recommendation would be to put some shelves up in the bathroom. The bathroom is great, lovely shower but all it was missing was somewhere to put your toiletries.

we have reached Jackson's Falls Country Inn at night well after the property staff left for the day, nevertheless, the email instructions were easy and accurate, and the room was ready. in the morning we met Chris who runs the place, and he offered us a breakfast in the timeline that fitted our needs. Chris thanks for the fabulous Breakfast!!

As mentioned to Chris, an additional shelf in the bathroom would be helpfull.

Tha boxed breakfast delivered to the room each morning were very good and convenient. Great idea. The pool table in the room was pleasant surprise. Loved the keypad no contact check in.

The enclosed patio had full wall of glass and sliding doors. It overlooked a fire pit that was for all guest to use. Would suggest blinds for privacy. Felt on display to people sitting by the fire pit. Also would suggest a comfy arm chair upstairs if someone wanted to tuck away and read. To be more eco friendly would have liked hooks in bathroom to hang bath towels to reuse. As in other hotels if towels on the floor you want new ones, if on the hook you don't.

We had an amazing stay and were lucky enough to see a few of the rooms the inn has to offer. Each room has it's own unique decor and vibe with art sourced from local artists. The breakfast was convenient and tasty, and the location is amazing - only 10 minutes drive from Picton. Nat & Drew were amazing - they were so fast to respond to us on an issue that we had with our original room and were accommodating, friendly and helpful. They also included a local wine to help us celebrate our honeymoon! We would definitely stay again and can definitely recommend the inn.

There was a minor issue with our original room which the owners responded to immediately and resolved.

Because the Inn is in a quiet and somewhat remote location the breakfast boxes that are delivered for every morning were much appreciated. No need to have to get in a car and drive into Picton or somewhere else. Also the beds were super comfortable, the linens great quality and the towels fluffy and large.

For us nothing really. It perfectly suited our needs.

The breakfast was amazing including home-made bacon! Delicious! We loved our stay at Jackson Falls...Very peaceful and many wineries are only a few minutes drive away! Staff are super friendly and accommodating!

More water for rooms is ideal

Love the atmosphere quiet and quaint. We had a lovely porch to sit on and have a glass of wine and look out to the lighted trees. Our room is spacious. Location is perfect and can’t wait for breakfast

No complaints

The original one-room school house (now the lounge/bar area) was a fun feature. The place was in a peaceful, rural location so it was very quiet. The room was large and had many antique furnishings.

Breakfast-in-a-box was ok but didn't seem appropriate for the price.

Great facilities and very spacious

The bed slats were broken at the head of the bed which caused the mattress to be lower at the head of the bed than the rest of the bed. The slats need to be fixed.
