Blue Moon Motel

Room was very clean. Little kitchenette was good (could us a couple more oven trays ;p). Neds comfy. An older hotel but good value for money as just a place to rest your head in the end. Easy to get down to the falls (about 5-10min). Supermarket across the road. Staff were helpful and friendly. We have stayed in some "cheaper" (supposedly!) chain hotels on our trip that have been horrible. This one was clean and comfy!!! My priority is it being clean and this one definitely was. Loved the little touches too (the folding of the towels :-)). Towels for the pool in your room. Parking was free and plentiful (and easy access).

The location is everything, that's if you're looking for a quiet time away from the hustle and bustle of Niagara. The location is away from all that, but close to a wonderful breakfast 😋 and literally two minutes walk to the best pizza, salad, and wings. I must also point out that the cleanliness is tops, rooms, and exterior. The front desk was quite approachable. Check-in and out was a breeze.

I would've given this location a perfect score. However, for two mornings, consecutively, there was no hot water. Although the front desk took care of the problem, it was a bit annoying. Also, our room had no closets, not even for coats.

The staff are accommodating. The bed is comfy and clean. They have free wifi, Netflix and free parking.

The room is too small and almost doesn't have enough space to move around. I would also like to suggest to better remove the rusted organizer with rubber placemats that look dirty. I found a few white hairs on it. There are 2 organizers but we are not comfortable using them because they look unclean. The shower room is clean except for the rusted organizers besides the faucet so it's better to remove it or change to a new one.

Comfy bed, clean room, great shower (hot & high pressure), really nice to have a mini fridge/microwave and small dining table. Owners were very friendly and nice. Definitely an amazing place to stay for the price for those traveling on a budget. Only a short drive to the falls, and a excellent grocery store and lots of food options nearby within walking distance. I accidentally forgot something of sentimental value and the owners were very accommodating in holding said item until I am able to come back through the city. Would stay here again next time I'm in Niagara Falls!

Walls are a little thin so TV noise travels slightly, but that's to be expected in a motel. For the price and all the pros listed above, you can't complain.

Very pleasant staff. The room was a great value and had a separate kitchen area which turned out to be extremely valuable. They include just about everything you need to make meals - pots, pans, utensils, dishes, can opener, etc... The heated outdoor pool and bbq picnic area is beautiful and a fun gathering spot. Location is perfect if you plan on using the WeGo buses as there is a stop right out front and right across the street.

Some minor things that come with a budget friendly location. Bed sheets were thin and the cold water knob of the tub needed quite a struggle to turn on as it is stripped out. Could use brighter light bulbs as it gets very dim. One thing missing from the kitchen is a baking sheet

This is a decent motel which was exceptionally clean. They allowed us to check-in a bit early. The manager greeted us with a smile and reception registration was super quick. It has got all the amenities you need including microwave. Beds were comfy and there were more than enough towels provided. There was a coffee maker as well which we didn't really use. We used Wego bus to go to fall/Clifton hill area - bus stop is right in front of the hotel.

Probably the only thing would be it's a bit far from the fall – takes around 20/30 mins by Bus – so definitely difficult to walk. Considering that, I felt the price could've been a bit lower.

I travel frequently. This was perhaps the nicest "motel" I've ever stayed at. Modern, clean, wonderful outdoor amenities - pool, picnic area with grills, playground. Chairs and a table to sit on the porch. Helpful friendly staff. It was rated 8.4 out of 10. I would give them 9.5. Great spot.

We stayed 3 days. We thought they'd make the bed and bring in fresh linen while we were out all day. They did come by later and asked if we need any towels, etc but even picking up the dirty linen and emptying the garbage would have been better. They need those" Make up the room" doorknob hangers.

I don't really give reviews but because we really enjoyed our stay at this place, I'm giving a 5/5 score. We liked everything. The staff was really nice, calm in speaking. Loved the kitchenette (dish soap, pots and pans, dishes, cutleries ) was provided, the bed was so comfy and the bathroom was clean. There is no bad smell. The environment was quiet. I really recommend this motel because it's better than big hotels and other motels. All in all, this was the best place my family had ever stayed in Niagara falls.

Clean rooms (not spotless but clean) which were older but good. Main floor room spacious enough for four with modern efficiency amenities. Very friendly staff. Good wifi which allowed me to hook up my roku. I liked the small pool but unfortunately we didn't get a chance to use it.

One room, the upstairs, was too small for the four of us so my mom took it for the second and third night. Unfortunately, she's 92 so climbing the stairs was an issue for her but she managed. The AC in that room was always on and loud.

1. Dream location for us a. right on Lundy lane, b. about 10mins drive to Niagara Falls, c. 3min walk to a big Freshco 4. WEGO bus stop right outside the motel with passes available in the opposite Americana resort. 2. The room was bigger than expected. 3. Had a dedicated room with a full-scale kitchen equipped with a good number of pots, pans and silverware. 3. Nice little pool to cool off on a hot day 4. Very polite and accommodating staff 5. Great value for money...this is our go-to place for Niagara
