Ramada By Wyndham Niagara Falls near the Falls

Room was clean and neat. It had a mini refrigerator and plenty of room to work and play. Facilities were clean and neat.

Nothing huge, but just a bunch of small things. Free breakfast not included. 15% off meal at IHOP limited to two meals purchased and I was staying alone. Pool and fitness facilities out of order. While I understand no housekeeping during stay, there should be an option to have towels replenished regularly. Lots of loud lodgers in back parking near smoking area, running on floor, and spilt liquor in elevator - need some on-site security present. Not warned of parking fee when booking.

Location is fantastic - such a short walk to Clifton Hills and the falls (which was what we were there for)

Whomever was in charge of 'restocking' our room before we checked in completely missed the bathroom items - i.e hand soap, shampoo and condition (the hair products were not really as much of a deal as I bring my own) but, no hand soap to use after going to the bathroom (at least a housekeeping cart was close by that we could go and grab what we needed). Also having to walk down to the lobby in order to use a microwave was a bit of pain in the behind.

I'll love it if there was a microwave in the room because I came there with my baby and it was so hard finding ways to make her milk not even a cattle to make hot water only reason I won't come back and the pool looks like it hasn't cleaned in a good while 😫

Stuff greetings to others better than some because I went and all the lady said what room were you in and have a seat while they checked out my room to make sure everything is ok a couple went up while I was setting she asked them how was there stay and she smiled 🤔

Very friendly staff and kept very clean, the room was nice with a jacuzzi tub which after all the walking it was a nice treat

A little far from downtown. But bus stop was right in front if didn’t want to drive and pay for parking. Could have had free coffee in lobby and think parking should just be included with room rate as they have a large area for parking and 20.00 a day seemed unnecessary, since had to pay ton park when drove to town daily ,, so actually spent almost 150. In parking fees.

pool and fitness room were great , location too was nice, not too far from the fall and clifton hill The room was spacious.

No microwave, no hot water kettle. House keeping didn't clean room, we called reception and asked them to pls clean room and the receptionist said they would send someone to clean, we went to the fall and got back few hours later and they didn't clean the rooms, we booked two rooms, we stayed 2 nights and no clean room, no towel change, no garbage empty, it was not very nice.

It started with a smooth check in. Tim was outstanding, and he gave me a room on a quiet floor. The rest of the staff were friendly. I had an amazing view of the city and I enjoyed the fireworks. I spent a relaxing 4 days. I have recommended the hotel to friends and their families. I'll definitely stay there again. Oh! Did I mention the cleanliness 👍🏽👍🏽

I would have liked more sun. FYI for attendants to double check the fridges.

The stay was comfortable and sweet. Didn’t spend much time at the hotel room but, whatever it was. Had good time. I wish the people in front desk could be polite.

The duty manager at the time of my checkin was rude. He was not ready to help. But luckily my experience working at hotels helped me figure out my way. Respect your guests and please don’t toss off others property. Such a mood off.

The accommodations at Ramada Niagara Falls were comfortable and well-appointed. My room was clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy retreat after a day of sightseeing. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Additionally, the amenities provided, such as complimentary Wi-Fi, swimming pool and a well-equipped fitness center, further enhanced my stay.

Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. An all around nice place to stay. Kids enjoyed the pool and my 5 year old like to go down to the game room to relax after a long day at the Falls. Staff were very friendly. Enjoyed our stay. Close enough to Clifton Hill but still a good walk. We bought the Classic Adventure Pass $69 and enjoyed it extremely. Was well worth the money. We were only there late Friday and Saturday all day, we had also bought the Fun Pass but ran out of time to do it all. The Tours at the Falls are very well organized. Lines move fairly quickly considering the amount of people that need to go through.

I have stayed here many times before. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Tim at the front desk on many occasions and he is always very friendly and very professional.this recent stay was because of a 3 day power outage at home and Tim made us feel like we were at home.I cannot say enough about how good Tim is each and every time we stay here.
