Fairway Inn by the Falls

The location is 15 minutes away from the fall and all the attractions. Lots of restaurants within 5-minute walking distance. A decent size room for 6 people. Everything, including towels, bath, wash basin, and bed were clean.

Though I did not use AC, the machine was really dirty, lots of dirt. I informed the helpdesk and they agreed to clean later. There were 4 appliances in the room, lamp, microwave, TV, fridge. But only two power points where available. one point was partially broken. So it was an inconvenience. Carpet was very old, and appeared a bit damp , though it did not bother us much. I think they should steam clean the carpet.

It was clean with AC and good number of towels. Good parking space. The receptionist when we checked in told us we can park our car till 3 pm the next day for no additional cost but another receptionist the next morning charged our friends $10 to park till 3pm; inconsistent service I would say.

There were people arguing loudly after midnight and we couldn’t sleep. Better security is needed! The bar soap is very tiny, not sure why?!

It was unexpectedly clean for an inn/motel. The next day we stayed at another "luxurious" hotel overlooking the falls.... Fairway inn was 1000 times cleaner and the bed was way more comfortable and huge! We stepped outside for a minute and we forgot our room key inside. The gentleman at the reception was very polite, we had a quick laugh and he immediately let us back in. 100% visiting again if needed in the future. The friendly and helpful staff. Waited till late for our arrival for a late check in since we got there by bus.

We didn't have a car, so maybe walking to the casino . But we knew that already so no harm done.

As soon as I asked for something to be fixed, he fixed it right away. He found a solution for everything. The location was walking distance of everything you want to see in Niagara, very helpful.

I just didn't expect to find the shower curtain with mushrooms, mostly if I announce that I'm coming with a child. Also, I thought there was a pool, I thought I saw a pool in the pictures😅

It is worth the money you pay if you plan to spend time outside of the inn. The location is very close to the falls and the staff are friendly. The parking is also included and not expensive at all.

it is not fancy but I can say it is cosy. We went there in low season so we paid much less than what we should

it’s was a convenient location to that main attractions and everything we wanted to do!

it could have been a bit cleaner and updated, no coffee maker in the room just the lobby and no other options like tea or juice. also the beds were not the bed I kept rolling into the middle which would have been fine if it was my husband not my best friend lol

We’ve been coming here every year since 2019 and will continue to every year the price is the best around the walk to the horseshoe and Clifton is very close. It’s quiet the staff are very friendly check in and out is super easy.

Bigger blanket for the winter and more pillows for the king beds

Very convenient to the falls and the downtown stores, restaurants and other attractions! The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, very basic, but we just needed a place to crash!

a little dated, but we jest needed a place to sleep. Would have loved a little coffee maker!

I Love that place because it’s near all things we want (restaurant, shops, etc). it’s my second time there. I recommend that place for family!!

My room was on 3rd floor so it was not easy for my little girl.

The room was comfortable and had all the basics in it. Granddgtr complimented and said she could live there with all the basics and especially room to do her cartwheels on the carpet! Lol 😆

Number that showed numbers to call front door was no answer for service. Had to call main line to reach someone.
