Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino

Room was nice, hotel was nice, casino was fun. Everything looked clean.

Food was terrible and way, way over priced. $68+for 2 adults at the buffet. Food was like terrible hospital cafeteria food. Three Sisters restaurant was also bad. The chicken tenders were flat and looked like frozen tenders you might get at a ballpark, husband's wings were dry. Tim Horton coffee was ok, so was bagel and muffin, but realized that a Starbucks was across the street, so we went there the next day.

The view from room on 26th floor was amazing. Size and layout of room was good too. Room had good ventilation and everything worked.

To enter the hotel had to go through the casino. in the beginning it was not obvious where to park so that hotel could be accessed without going through casino. They should have this information and a map of parking location on their website and booking.com

The room was amazing. Got a corner suite and asked for a high floor. Did not disappoint. They let us check in early. I had perfect views of the Canada side, you couldn’t really see the falls just a mist coming up. The view was still amazing. The room was the best part of the trip especially the hot tub in the room. The pool area was really nice. It was warm in there considering some properties say that there are indoor pools but the areas are still cold.

Nothing I didn’t like, probably the best hotel to stay at on the New York side.

We went to the three sisters restaurant and were completely ignored so we ended up leaving and going for food out side of the resort. Later in our trip we did try the three sisters again and had a better experience however it was a big disappointment to be ignored when there were several people on who just looked at us and not one acknowledged that we were waiting to be seated

Perfect location- very centralized near the boarder of Canada, could see the falls from our room ( we booked a room with a view)- the room was huge! The shower was our favorite spot and the window was floor to ceiling of beautiful views. The food at 3 sisters cafe was a great portion size, delicious and quick to arrive. The people were nice and to themselves. It was a pleasant quick stay. The pool was beautiful and heated, enjoyed everything! Will stay again! This is the best hotel/resort on the American side of the falls.

The casino was a little dry- but I attribute that to the time of the week in which we stayed wed-fri, I feel like the weekend of course it would be more lively. Didn't like the bar inside the casino - STIR- the bartender was very unprofessional with his customer service. We literally sat at the bar waiting to be greeted for 45 minutes. The man sat on the opposite side and only spoke to his friends. We then tried to come back later, we ordered red bull and vodka and he made it poorly- he also gave us our drinks and demanded us to pay without even given us time to settle in. Not sure if he was racist or if this was just bad behavior but check on this guy!!! This was on 3.23 around 10pm- he needs some training.

the location was nice and the views were very pretty. the casino and all restaurants were clean and the room was massive.

we had a slow check in time (couldn’t till 4:30 due to being short staffed) but other than that it was great. there also isn’t much to do in the town on the US side. this has nothing to do with the property itself, but more of a side note.

it was in a excellent Location if you go out the back door exit from the casino you walk straight there’s all kind of restaurants, Starbucks, Games on the sidewalk to play and numerous food trucks , Bike rental was awesome $10 for an hour & every hour after$5 ,on the same street is the Niagara state park ..Where you can view the falls and purchase tickets for the maid of the mist / cave of the winds and the trolley was great $3.00 all day hope on hope off .. A lot of reasonable gift shops , exiting the front entrance to the left is Dunkin’ Donuts to the left is 7 eleven, The casino was great and 3 sisters restaurant was good reasonably priced i definitely would stay again we had a king size room which was huge and great view of Canada fireworks every nite at 10 pm .

We have stayed at Seneca many times and did not hesitate to include a night there on a mini getaway. Sadly, we had to make a morning of cancellation due to a family emergency. When I reached out to Seneca they cited they were not able to offer any compensation or rebooking. If a third part agent is used the onus becomes the burden of the traveler. Given the last few years and people are now starting to travel again and support businesses to get back on track, we were very disappointed at the lack of empathy on part of the resort. Lesson learned for us, family always first and the luxury of travel , although can be disappointing, does not factor in.

Room was very large and the view was great. Location was easy walking distance to the Falls. The jacuzzi in the room was a really nice bonus.

My same rant with almost all Hotels, JUST STOP WITH THE STUPID TALL BEDS!!! I don’t know where or why this ridiculous fashion trend began but it needs to end. I seriously don’t know how an obese or elderly person can get in and out of these stupid beds that are nearly as high as a counter top. Minor issues, one trash can in the whole room? The jacuzzi is difficult to get in and out, needs a step on the outside. Oh and a place this nice should have some free coffee in the lobby, come on stop being cheap.

The property was very clean and well maintained. If you wanted a weekend get away and didn’t want to leave the hotel this would be your pick it has everything you would need.

The parking situation was the most frustrating part for us. We had to park on the side go inside and check in and then go back out and park our car. This was the last part of our trip so we had lots of luggage and we had to load it all up and pull it from the back of the parking lot to the front. I think if you could at least let people park in the value for free if they are staying at the hotel would make it easier. We stayed here on a Wednesday so I couldn’t imagine what the parking is like on a weekend. Then they had a part of the parking lot blocked off while we were staying which made this even more frustrating for us. Also the Guest service was not the most friendliest, the times we used them.
