The hotel was clean and decorated nicely. The bathrooms were amazing. The products that were in the bathroom were nice. Breakfast had lots of options and was good! Check in was easy and the location was great, it was on a quiet street with a 2 restaurants and a grocery store a walk away.

The main hotel was very warm. The gym was way to hot and was not comfortable to work out in.

The only thing I was disappointed with was that there was only one poor lady working the counter and a full team was trying to check in. She was dealing with people who really have never checked into a hotel before and were causing a back up for the other people trying to check in. I advise that a message stating the hotel does NOT accept Debit Visa be sent out so that people dont show up with their debit cards trying to use them! Not the hotels fault anyone who books a hotel would know that.

The property was very clean. The room was very spacious, the bed, oh my gosh was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! It was a very convenient location as the purpose of my stay was to go to watch a hockey game at the Canadian Tire Centre. it was also a close enough drive to shops.

The lack of food, no room service, only a continental breakfast is available.

The hotel is fairly new/modern and the interior is clean. Adequate breakfast is provided. Two L2 EV chargers were available (but one was out of service).

One of the two EV chargers was broken. The other was being used all evening/night/morning by the same car even after they were done charging. The hotel should introduce a process to make people move their vehicles after they're done charging.

The staff who checked us in was great! He was funny, friendly, and very easy to talk to. Our room was great, the beds were comfortable and the shower was amazing. The breakfast was good as well - we liked having the option of cereal, grains, yogourt, and eggs with sausage.

The hotel was very clean and modern. I loved all the pillows on the bed. The walk-in shower is a grear idea for a hotel room. I appreciated the full sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. Having them mounted on the wall was well planned.

The breakfast was mediocre.

The staff where very friendly , the room was very cozy this hotel was by far the best I’ve ever stayed at ! I will most definitely be back to stay when we visit Ottawa ! Keep up the good work !

The Covid restrictions stoping us from having a regular breakfast BUT that’s not your problem!

Friendly Staff, great breakfast, clean and comfortable.

Short drive for restaurants. Cable TV could have more channels. Very basic.

The room's decor is very stylish and current and the bed & pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The hotel is very bright and clean and well maintained. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly.

I would have given this hotel a near perfect score if wasn’t for the traffic noise on the 417-facing side of the hotel which had me awake at 4am and I couldn’t get back to sleep. When I checked out I found out about a noise cancelling system they have but all too late - this could have easily been explained on check-in and I would recommend making it part of the process. (Especially when the client has requested a quiet room when booking- which is exactly what I did).
