This is now our 3 time staying at this location. The unit we were in was clean like always , friendly staff, easy check in/out. Again having a kitchen with 2 kids is a life saver not having to eat out everyday. Everything you need is in your unit real fridge, dishwasher, 2 burner stove top, microwave pots, pans dishes, .everything you need to make it feel like home.

Nothing. In all the times we have been here all visits have been perfect with no issues. Some may say the price is a little high. We saved ton by buying the food items we need for our stay and making home cooked meals in our unit.

We found the front staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was OK and served with enthusiasm by the friendly staff. It was packaged so that you could take it back up to your room if you wanted to. We enjoyed the use of the indoor pool. You had to book a timeslot in order to use it because of Covid rules, but it was available for each time I wanted. We also liked the kitchenette in our room. It was convenient and allowed us to heat up leftovers from the meals we had purchased at nearby restaurants. The staff all said "Hello" when we passed them in the halls, and made us feel welcome.

The breakfast was the only aspect meagre. There wasn't hot chocolate or meats. The egg was with cheese so people who are lactose intolerant couldn't consume the egg. The refills of bagels/muffins took time.

I cant gush enough. This is officially my favorite hotel. I have 0 complaints. comfortable, spacious, amenities are great, staff was excellent. we stayed with a team - and couldn’t ask for better. the kids love the pool (good size).

kids wished there were more pancakes than just 1 day on the weekend. lol

I loved my stay here! I was travelling with my little one and I loved that it was in a quite and safe area! The beds were super comfy! The breakfast was so wonderful as we are early risers and being able to have a fresh coffee at 6:30 was great! Will definitely be coming back for future stays!!

This is my 2nd time staying at this location. Like last time we were here we had an amazing time. The pool was great and having the full kitchen is a major plus! Will 100% be staying here on my next visit to Ottawa

Only complaint: The beds in unit 523 were way to soft and the toaster has seen better days. But that did not take away from all the positive of that unit and our stay.

mostly clean, met basic needs

needed to ensure kitchenette basin was cleaned out between guests. would’ve been helpful to soundproof the ground floor room walls - any lobby noise is very disruptive to ground floor rooms.

They were clear about COVID protocol and implemented it!

There was a snowstorm and they heavily salted which was tracked into the room. I don’t think there was much they could do about this. I did appreciate not slipping outside!! Maybe they could offer a vacuum to use after two days?!

the girl that worked the desk Friday night and Saturday morning was A+, we had pool time which was perfect. she helped in morning with the ice on our car by lending us her ice scraper. Always so helpful. the staff for breakfast was so helpful, we will definitely come back again!!
