Comfort Inn

The staff is very nice and does a great job of keeping this place clean. It's in a convenient location in terms of proximity to the highway as well as shopping. Having free, hot breakfast in the morning was great as well. They were even nice enough to leave a voicemail, bag up, and set aside a body pillow that we accidentally left behind.

The bed was a little harder than we're used to, but not bad enough to throw our backs out of whack. Our room keys kept getting deactivated, since they're still using the older keys. Having to go back down to the front desk three times in one instance to have them reactivated was a bit annoying, especially since the elevator isn't in a convenient location. But they were kind enough to come up to our room to make sure the key worked the last time.

It's right off the highway and close to all the attractions in town. Breakfast was great, lots of choices, bed was very comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Keys wouldn't work on the doors on the ends of the building so we couldn't enter in the door that was close to our room. Water pressure in shower wasn't the best but a lot better then other places I've stayed.

Given it was the first hotel with a hot breakfast on our 7-day escursion around the lakes, which was nice to have back. Comfortable beds and linens. Noticably more employees working together, when most other places are coderably understaffed. We decided to stay a second night and they offered a competetive rate which we appreciated dearly. The gentleman working the front counter is very personable and accommodating. The pool was open with available towels. Even though we didn't get to use it, the sauna is pretty cool too.

The coffee was pretty weak. Visibly aging building outside and in, particularly the hall ways. It seems a little dark overall. . Important to note, rooms have been updated.

We liked this hotel a lot.....until we wanted to book here again and the price doubled. It was a very nice hotel with a good breakfast and friendly staff. Rooms were clean.

The beds were really TALL. I had to jump to get in bed! I don't know how an elderly person would be able to get into the beds. LOL...

Location was very good. Bacon would have been nice as sell as small cheese filled omelets. The scrambled eggs were so so. Also salsa would be great too.

My husband and I felt that the lady refilling the items etc was (9/2-3/21) was on drugs. To us she gave all the appearances of a long time abuser. We both worked many years with veterans, the addicted & the disabled. I know its hard to find clean employees at this time, but if I was the manager I would do random drug testing. She was tall, skinny and had piercings.

Great-

We were given a handicap room. Probably because of this, we did not have comfy chairs available.we also had to go to the front desk almost daily to get the room key reprogrammed to allow us to get into our room. This put a damper on an otherwise flawless stay. The staff was always pleasant and accommodating.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room was nice and clean. The staff person at check in was super friendly. The location was convenient to the highway, and was near gas stations, restaurants, etc. It was nice to have breakfast included.

The hallways are extremely narrow. At breakfast, the eggs and sausage were cold. Maybe they need a little more help restocking the breakfast area when it is crowded. Since there were no housekeepers coming into the room, it would have been nice to have extra bath towels and extra shampoo.

the room was amazing and clean. updated rooms and a pretty good breakfast for being a hotel, better than most I’ve had.

they’re obviously trying to update things but the hallways were pretty filthy looking and just needed to be updated. so we were pleasantly surprised to walk into a really nice room. the whole place is broken up kinda weird like a maze.

Ice machine leaking and not working close to my room. The doors closes to my room you could not access from outside. The luggage cart was hard to operate, hard to control. When I first arrived no one could find my reservation Did not have charger access close to the bed

Room was comfortable. The bed was great. It was nice to have 2 sinks, although the one nearer the bed didn't work too well.

Narrow hallways and the side doors wouldn't work unless blocked open. Our key cards wouldn't work for our room on the 2nd night forcing a long walk to the front desk at 11:00 at night.
