Le Centre Sheraton Montreal Hotel

Location, accommodated needs, comfortable beds clean, relatively updated. Nice to have mini convenience store in the building (highly priced even for a hotel), Starbucks bathrooms were wonderful !

No, option for average priced breakfast or snacks. No extra pillow or blankets in room or booklet with local restaurants or shopping locations or Metro map.

The staff room and club lounge were all excellent. The bed was extremely comfortable

The food in the lounge was presented very well but left a lot to be desired flavour wise. Also the buffet selection wasn’t kept full. The breakfast sausages were not of a high quality. For the additional fee I didn’t feel it was added value, more of an up sell and somewhat disappointing. It’s a shame because the physical lounge was lovely.

It is a beautiful hotel. The staff are simply amazing and so helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub was clean but busy. Wish we'd have been able to enjoy the terrace but it was a bit cool when we were there. The quick walk to the Bell Center was very convenient.

Driving our pickup down to the parking garage was absolutely terrifying. There was only an inch or 2 between the truck and the roof. Good thing my husband was driving because if it was me I would have stopped on the ramp, walked back out to the staff and made them park it. I was terrifying.

The staff, the cleanliness of the rooms, the upgrade to be able to use the Club Lounge with free coffee, snacks, Breakfast and appetizers every day was an amazing perk.

The only thing was our room was next to the elevator, which was very loud all night. First night of sleep was affected. Second night we got ear plugs.

Comfy bed. Great shower. Great WiFi. Wonderful terrace. Helpful and friendly staff. Fitness center/pool was very nice. Very fast elevators!

Key cards for room entry and elevator access didn’t always work. Restaurant was being renovated so no in-house dining except mornings at Starbucks.

Location was great. I came for the weekend with a friend for a concert and an event. The location was awesome and staff were very friendly.

I can't think of much I didn't like. The price was quite expensive but, we were coming during a very busy weekend. Besides that no major concerns.

Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Appreciate the service of Jesus (luggage carrier), Alice (housekeeper), and servers Sarah and Peter. The room was clean and the hotel was very well located. The breakfast served at the Sheraton Club was very good. I will definitely come back!

There is nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect.

The rooms are a good size and the beds are comfortable. Loved the shower in the bathroom. Pool and hot tub area are also very nice. Overall it’s clean, comfortable and in a perfect location.

Expensive but it was a music festival weekend

Pleasant, modern, clean room and amenities, good size for a single occupant. Very clean bathroom and shower, which is always appreciated. Bed and bedding were clean and very comfortable.

The only complaint I had would be the lack of ability to cast from my mobile device to the television in the room. And that is a very minor inconvenience.

fitness/pool/jacuzzi were stellar. bed and room was comfortable. food was great particularly the catering for the Congress

bar service was laissez-faire tho servers were good. air conditioning at the conference was impossibly cold. the room thermostat doesn’t permit fan only so we were either freezing with air flow or stifling without it. no stirrers or spoons for coffee/tea service
