The restaurant provided a good option for breakfast, and even lunch and room service were reasonable, particularly when compared to the price and quality of other restaurants in the area.

Housekeeping seemed to be broken up among several individuals, so the entire room was not cleaned in a single day. For example, the bed and sink might be spiffed up, but the trash was not emptied or the coffee and tea service not refreshed. Maybe there was a staffing issue. But everyone was very friendly and courteous.

I loved the bed and the sheets and that the toilet was separate from the rest of the room. I loved that I had everything I needed in the room.

The breakfast was abysmal for a 4 stars hotel and the room service for breakfast was almost non-existent. I would say that not having a proper breakfast option such as fresh fried eggs or omelet made to order, may deter future visits. Giving more room service options for breakfast would probably make the hotel more money, as the room is very comfortable and everyone would enjoy eating in bed with a good view. The quality of the breakfast was Holiday Inn level, with a side of smoked salmon and mini pastries. There is also a problem with the front desk staff, as not all of them seem to know that breakfast is not included in the cost of the room. It was insulting charging $22 for powder eggs and breakfast potatoes that tasted like stale oil.

The bedroom was very nice, extremely comfortable bed. Every detail was cared about in the room. The room was very clean and the shower products were amazing.

We wish we could have had a room with a better view, we specified in the notes but the option wasn't given to us. We would have been willing to pay a bit more for it.

Check in was easy. Staff was friendly. I liked the front area patio which was nice to have some drinks.

Perhaps a different layout of the room. I didn't like the bed right beside the door. Next time I would ask for a different layout, but I was pretty satisfied.

Food was great. Ate the same dish almost everyday while staying there. Staff is very friendly and personable. Love the ambiance and look of the hotel and rooms. Rooms were great size and comfy beds. Did wish one of the pillows was slightly more firm (personal preference). Almost all my needs and requests were taken care of quickly and with care. Will be back in 2-3 months.

Almost everything was wonderful. My only gripe is that the restaurant isn’t open daily and found it hard to figure out which days I could eat breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

The place was quiet, very clean, and very compact. This was a bonus as my companion is handicapped and the short walk to the room was very much appreciated.

There was a glitch in the the first set of keys you provided as they did not work to activate the elevator. But you fixed it quickly. Parking instructions could have been more useful on the website. It almost seemed that it was intentional so a customer would use the valet parking. We did because of my companions walking disability. The price was steeper than advertised was available but the quality was very much in evidence.

Wonderful stay! I came back a week later to stay here again!!! Two pelotons in the 17th floor well lighted workout room, Nespresso machine in the room, lovely tile bathrooms, nice bathrobes, nice cocktail lounge downstairs. Perfect location for shopping, dinners, Ubers. Pet friendly. Loved this hotel last week and this week! Did not disappoint!

Fantastic and central location to downtown Montreal. Newly renovated property and beautiful lobby, interiors and guest rooms. We stayed in the signature King Room with an impressive downtown view. Bed was extremely comfortable and cozy. Customer service was exceptional. Staff went over and beyond by accepting our Uber eats delivery and opened up a can of dog food for our pup. Staff were all considerate, professional and maintained/observed COVID safety protocols. Housekeeping was available with 24 hours notice. During our three day stay, housekeeping wasn't necessary. Valet parking was convenient and relatively quick. Highly recommended and would stay again in the future.

the room service food was awful for the price you pay. we ordered poke and it seems like the tuna was just thawed, the desert didn’t taste good. I can’t believe they charge that much for food that didn’t taste good and supposedly from a nice fancy restaurant. we requested for tea and it never came!

The Room was really cool, unique and comfortable - was definitely a great change of scenery! Views were great right downtown of all the buildings, and the hotel is conveniently located. We were able to walk all over the city from the hotel, although it was quite a bit of walking.

Room cleaning during our stay was unavailable due to covid safety protocols - not the property's fault, but annoying nonetheless. There was also quite a bit of construction on the roads near the hotel which was somewhat noisy, but again not the fault of the property.
