Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Montreal

The room nice and spacious. Staff was very accommodating. Facilities were great from the gym, pool and laundry. I could easily have a lazy day at this hotel I loved the location as it was a 10 minute walk to metro. Great selection for breakfast too. I loved that the hotel accommodated me as they gave me a map so I navigate around Downtown Montreal.

I was a little concerned that it would be a little loud as it is located on a busy road. It didn't disturb me.

Breakfast is good- hotel can add some hot meat like sausage links or sausages, pan cakes etc. Some days they have scrambled eggs but not always. Room very nicely kept, bathroom is very welcoming and you feel safe to use even showers. Bed, it's very confortable

Pool is not inviting at all, hotel needs to do somethig to make that an attractive item on the list of their amenities.

limited parking- if paying for parking no guarantees you’ll get a spot, thin walls-can hear others, air conditioning working-but wish it would go cooler especially on the hotter days, and pool is a lot smaller than anticipated

very dependable price ,you will not regret the room was clean everything you need was in there , the staff is kind and approachable actually this is my 4th time in this hotel I always choose to stay here everytime I'll go Montréal

just the parking lot ,they don't have lots of space and you'll pay even you're a costumer

Location was great. Breakfast on site. Bed were great. Room was so clean. Coffee machine/ fridge/ microwave/ bathroom accessories in room. Staff very polite and helpful.

Restaurant closed for lunch and supper. A little inconvenient. Lots of restaurants in the area though.

firstly, the hotel was at excellent place, very quiet and peaceful. It was incredibly clean, rooms were being cleaned everyday without an issue. The staff were excellent, so friendly and helpful. If I come back to Montreal I will always stay here.

although it’s kind of far from downtown I would stay here for cleanliness and friendly staff.

Friendly staff. Bagels at the free breakfast were yummy. Onsite parking was convenient and secure.

Depending on where you are trying to go it may not be the best location. Not walking distance to major sights. However, for our stay it worked out fine as we had a car.

The front desk attendant was very nice. It was late when I arrived and I was tired. She got my key and room ready for me promptly. And she was very courteous and professional. Will be staying at this hotel when I'm in edmonton.

Location is a little tricky

Convenient location, nice comfy bed, AC/heating good. One of the asian looking male receptionists in the morning was amazing. Very friendly and forthcoming.

The corridors were not clean. No disposable slippers in the room. Some of the reception staff could be better. None of them were smiling or friendly except the Asian/Indian receptionist in the morning. One of the male night staff was not friendly and almost rude.

The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The room was clean, the bed was super comfortable.

I only issue I had was I was out for the evening and when I came back for was no parking in the parking lot which I did pay the parking fee to park in there, I had to park quite far from the hotel, but when I spoke to a very nice gentleman at front desk they gave me my parking fee back.
