The staff was very accommodating and brought us garbage bags, helped with the parking and fixed the tv right away. The apartment is very close to cafes and restaurants and of course St. Viateur bagels! The penthouse apartment was quite spacious for my family of six and the hot tub and rooftop patio was a great bonus! The beds were very comfy and there was the essential cookware available to cook food but sadly no kettle. Also, the AC and wifi was working great our entire stay. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

There was no hot water to be able to wash the dishes. Also, one of the shower heads was broken. Not all the hot tub jets were working. The couch seem to be a bit wore compared to the photos advertised. It would of been nice to have a vacuum available to clean the floors instead of an old, used broom. I also recommend purchasing a kettle, a can opener and pan for the kitchen. Lastly, could work on the cleanliness of the apartment. There seems to be areas that haven’t been cleaned properly.

it had everything we needed

it was very noisy and loud. we constantly had smokers outside the patio doors all night long and were loud. we also witnessed a street fight at 6 am the morning we left, February 12, 2023. there was 5 young men and they were trying to throw a young man into traffic. this happened outside the front entrance while we were leaving. These same individuals were also roaming through the loft all night long. it was very scary for me.

It was near a bus stop. There were appliances including a small fridge. The host left a lot of information about the area and ideas for transit, etc. There was nothing fancy about it - but it had what you would need (except maybe a coat rack.)

It would have been nice to meet a person when I arrived - especially since I timed my arrival to coincide with the time I said I would arrive. I was not expecting a code box. (What if something had gone wrong and didn't have access to the codes?)

Was kinda confusing to find location, and recived too many emails both from booking.com and from parc Avenue Lofts that was too much conflicting info and confusing... Door lock didn't work at first, called management and they came in minutes to fix and change batteries, We got conformation that we have late checkout for 1pm, but cleaning lady kept on coming in and waking us up from 10am,

The location is walking distance for anything you need. The place is roomy and quiet for such a busy street. The place was very clean and they provided ample towels.

The washroom was very small but clean and functional. The place needed a little more kitchen ware like a cutting board and a dishrack but for a short stay it's operational

I liked the affordability, beds, and kitchenette that was provided as I felt I got my moneys worth from my stay.

The washroom was too small for a suite that can hold six guests. We had a hard time sharing the washroom as a group of 5 and would have like a bigger or additional washroom.

everything! clean, new safe.. perfect! except the air conditioning. but it was more then 30degrees on that day.

only the a/c. wasn't strong enough. but it was a really warm day.

The location was perfect for the purposes of my visit.

Washroom was too small, there was a weird stain on the floor of the living area. No instructions for using the fan over the stove. Some nights the other visitors were noisy until 4am.

one room is hot, basin in bsmt bathroom is really small, the closer in the larger bsmt room smells bad when you open it. so we didnt use that one. there should be ac in the bsmt rooms too.

Did not get extra pillows for the pull out. Bed room light switch didn't work. Microwave did not work
