Comfortable room, good location. Nice gym.

The check in and check out processes are awful. On other opportunities I thought it was something punctual with some training employees, but it looks like it is not. It takes you 15 min to go through theses processes, even being a frequent customer. For business travelers, the last thing you want, after 10 hours flight, is to wait for burreaucratic processes. Hope they manage to sort it out.

I loved the bed and the size of the room, it was also very pretty. They gave me a free upgrade since I only stayed for one night which was a very pleasant surprise. The cookies they give at the front desk are so good! The minibar had a nice variety of beverages. It was very clean when I got there. A/C worked well, wasn't very loud.

Come on, it's 2021. You need to technically upgrade your rooms. USB-B wall ports should be available on the nightstand to charge devices and TVs should be smart so I can log in to my favourite streaming platforms. The room was really big, so I expected the TV to be larger as well. The shower looked amazing but once I turned it on the water didn't come out straight and splashed everywhere. It had a rainfall-type shower on the ceiling but the water also came out in all directions killing its purpose. It is still luxurious but these details would have made a difference.

This is a standard hotel with a good location and a reasonable room size. Breakfast is really good, and they offer a welcome drink, which is friendly

The reception was slow for check out as the hotel was busy, and there was only two staff at the time. The pressure of the water from the shower must improve

Perfect spot while in Santiago , shopping mall across the street , good restaurants in walking distance , metro station 5 min walk, clean room, great staff and very good breakfast.

The front desk staff was fantastic and very helpful, even though hotel was fully booked as it was Valetine's day weekend. Location was great and overall hotel was very clean, sleek and comfortable.

There was an issue (twice) with my room key card right before I was rushing to check out and had to get in to the room, so it took them almost 30min to sort it out, but understand that they were busy during pre-check out time. Also, gym was closed unfortunately, but they recommended me 2 others nearby.

The breakfast had many options to choose from, the location of the hotel is excellent, the staff is very friendly, and the rooms have everything you need for your stay.

Stayed in the hotel for 5 nights. Vitacura is a great and secure environment and the location of the hotel is great. Breakfast is not great but more than enough, I liked it. Hotel staff is all great. Overall a very good experience, nothing to criticize.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff. Martin helped us with our luggage on arrival and departure , very helpful pleasant young man . Daniel on front desk helpful as was Alondra and Alejondra.

Room was still quite warm even with AC on

Room, bed, bathroom were great. The room has a nice desk where I could work. Wifi worked perfect! The hotel has a free parking lot.

Aisles illumination were nice at night but kind of dark during the day. TV wasn't a SmartTV so I couldn't log in to my Netflix account. Breakfast was ok.

Location was perfect. Close to everything I needed. Breakfast good enough

My booking was not in place when I arrive. However, the person in charge during my check in did what he had to do to get a room for me and my colleague.
