Pullman Santiago Vitacura

Breakfast was great. Balanced and varied. Attention was kind and professional. Location was excellent. Everything is close by. Taxi is inexpensive. Easy to get around.

The bathroom had mold. Black scum at the corners. It needed more attention from the cleaning staff. The sink did not have a cover and it smelled like sewer. The smell came from the sink I think. The toilet may need some renewal or changing it looks a bit old. Other than that it all looked and felt great.

The hotel location, for our requirements, was terrific. Access to nearby places to eat was a big nnous.

Our only complaint was the company that ran the tour we took to Concho Y Toro. The individual that acted as the guide/interpreter was inept. The company did not provide adequate instructions before the trip. While driving to the vineyard we were asked to pay in cash. If that was a requirement, it should have been communicated ahead of time. Then the guide/interpreter lost track of the four people in our group and we had to wait for him afterward. Seems to me that if your position is guide that keeping track of your group is your primary responsibility. Very disappointed. The vineyard part was great.

Staff was polite, attentive and always greeted us with a smile! Kitchen staff was specially accommodating and friendly, made suggestions and left us alone when appropriate. Rooms have a beautiful view!

I was a little disappointed with the quality of the TV, there were no extra pillows or blankets available in the room. We booked 2 rooms (I noted in my reservation we were a family), but our rooms were not adjacent. We were in the same floor thou. An apology was given for the oversight.

In general it was an amazing experience. We had the chance to enjoy a nice and quiet sleep, beds was comfy, but not the best, still it's a solid 9/10. It's a very good option. Breakfast was simple, but good quality produce and ingredients, and thats something you definitely want after a long night.

We missed some "goodies", like a comb, toothbrush and a better bathroom commodities in general. The shower was OK. Good water pressure and temperature, but the shower head was not the best quality. The only "down", which is not bad, but we were expecting something better, was the bed/mattress, it was a little loose and it felt light like it would move if you move a lot while asleep. One big down is that the Nespresso machine was not working properly and the options they had were totally not of our preference (vanilla, caramel and stuff like that). We like or coffee black and strong, and we could not get that in the morning.

The hotel is very nice, located in a modern building in a trendy part of Santiago. The views from the rooms are amazing, either overlooking the Andes or the city.

A lot of families with really loud children around. Some door slamming and shouting even late at night or very early in the morning. Advise asking for room on a floor with not as many large families.

Hotel provided us with a very nice acoomodation experience. Breakfast was delicious and location is very nice - we can walk through the neighborhood exploring opportunities os good restaurants and parks

As a point of attention, we were not provided with a plug for the bathtub drain in the room - and there was no information available about it. We cannot take advantage of this facility :(

I really liked the location, it was close to alot of restaurants and places to eat. Ubering to and from the hotel was very easy also.

Breakfast options could have been better.. especially the eggs.

A BIT PROBLEM WITH ROOM CLEANING, MUST INSIST MORE, HAVE TO ASK FOR BED SHEET CHANING

My family and I stayed here for a day/night. Excellent accommodation with friendly, helpful staff. We were travelling with our twin toddlers, and they were super attentive to our/their needs. Breakfast was delicious! Great location.

Great place to stay with family.
