I suggest training the bartender in making pisco sour with egg white. If he did not know how to make it, he should have told us. The next day we went to Peru and we got pisco sour like the way it used to be in Santiago

Location is awesome. Some front desk staff was helpful despite little English. Others were surly and seems annoyed at any request (including WiFi)
The WiFi was horrible and impacted my ability to work from the hotel, which I did daily. After staying there 3 weeks, I requested a late check out (3 hours longer than a normal late check out) and was charged a full night. The room was cleaned daily and the cleaning staff sweet but no extra Covid precautions other than a mask. The entrance was on the side and confusing. We had to go outside to get to the front desk.
