Spacious room, nice location beside park
The room was beside noisy road & needed curtains on the glass door. Real coffee at breakfast would be appreciated, this is a capital city! Staff had no idea about public transport options to station. Dog in kitchen I don't like.

The staff were really friendly! They had an elevator for suitcases, which I can't appreciate enough. Wifi is stable, generally inside the house is quiet throughout the day, our room had an arched window overseeing a park across the street which I loved!
The bunk bed was a bit scary :( I've stayed in dorms around the world, but this is the first time I've experienced a bunk bed that did not have guardrails. I slept in the top bunk, and my bed wasn't even next to the wall so both sides were dangerous for anyone who move around in their sleep. There's no aircon so we had to keep the window open at night, but cars on the street can be noisy if you're a light sleeper.

The location is great, there’s a nice park in front of it and is close to the area where all bars and restaurants are. Is also very clean and staff were nice too. The hostel is big and has many comum areas to stay (which could be a positive or negative thing, depends on the point of view). The bed was comfortable and my room had a nice balcony.
I think the bar and rooftop are really nice, but they could do a better use of it. The music plays in low volume (even before 10pm) and I didn’t find any activity for people to interact. Other than that, nothing really.

-Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, daily cleaning, well thought out bathroom design (very functional w/ niceties like hooks, hand soap, and paper towels), large eating area, functional kitchen, lounge areas (both indoor and rooftop), quiet atmosphere (could sleep in rooms comfortably most times of day if needed) yet social guests, good location near metro, bus lines, and restaurants, relatively close to the city center
-Breakfast was basic: sugar cereal, white bread w/ dulce de leche or marmalade, hard-boiled egg. They offered fresh fruit that was sometimes nice. -No air conditioning means it can be hot and stuffy in the indoor common area.

the location is a huge bonus point for the hostel, you can get to the city centre easily by foot but are also just right next to a big metro station. The hostel was very clean overall, especially considering that there's a lot of people staying there.
the booking options regarding breakfast were not clear to me. And it seems to differ depending on the website or app where you booked a bed. But there is the option to get breakfast for 4.000 pesos in the morning if it's not originally included, so all goog.

Despite being a big hostel the staff keeps it super clean. I was amazed. All of the staff super nice, if you are lucky you are going to hear Tiara singing while tidying up the kitchen. :) My bed was very comfy. Top banks are equipped with a nice little shelf where they have extended the power supply so you can charge your phone up there while sleeping
Sorry but there's nothing negative except for the really bad quality and super thin toilet paper, which nevertheless you find everywhere in Chile and is not specified to this hostel! Just so you know though!

- The bed was comfy with plenty of covers as I stayed at winter time and it could get cold at night. - It was close to the metro - The rooms were cleaned daily and beds made too!
- I was in a room at the front of the building and it was quite noisy but nothing really the hostel can do, part of being in a central location - The kitchen was quite small for a hostel that is so big and has so many people - It seems to be at night time that the showers are cold as myself and another 2 girls had showers at around 9pm and the water was cold

Good location comfy beds with down blankets and pillows Good breakfast with fresh fruit and eggs
Private Bathroom was moldy due to lack of a window, permanently locked door and no proper ventilation system. Quite noisy with regular rooftop parties, coty traffic and demonstrations happening right outside the hostal. Staff isn’t as friendly and helpful as they used to be. And debit card payments even if it’s a USD account will get charged with the +19% IVA, which never used to be that way. And they are super picky with USD notes. If they are not freshly printed from the bank and have minor traces of typical wear and tear (or mark from being tested if they are fake or not) they will refuse to accept them. This is ridiculous and has never been like that in past years. They are changing for the worse, not sure if I will be back again at this place.

Great location, I liked the pooltable and the coworking space, bathrooms were clean. It is quit spacious and on the first day you can use the service elevator to bring up your heavy bags to the room : ) While the kitchen is small the eating space is large and it is a nice place to meet some people.
While some staff was great and kind, the first guy I met when I arrived was very grumpy and not at all welcoming. In general there is less of a social vibe from the staff than in the other hostels I was at in my trip. Maybe it is because a lot of people only stay one night? Or maybe it is Santiago that is a bit more frio in interaction? Also in all other hostels when I have done laundry it is delivered back clean and folded - here it was just stuffed in a bag all wrinkly and messy.

Everything was great! They are very welcoming and the woman in the reception had a lot of patience with me because I got some problems with my credit cards! Part of the staff are volunteers and they were so nice, always trying to interact with guests. The room is very comfortable and its big. The common bathrooms were in a good condition! The Hostel also have a terrace with a bar, which is good to know people and interact with other guests and volunteers! The location its good, near a subway station (around 5 minutes walking). The kitchen is good too!!!
Some improvements in the facilities at the kitchen would be nice! Specially the stove, some times it takes to long to prepare a meal and depending on the time the kitchen gets too much people waiting to cook.
