it comes with the robe and the room is big. the shower is modern with rainfall shower which was amazing . good Lightning in the room; came with stacked mini fridge

The food .. the food quality did but match the hotel .. The food was bad in my opinion. great breakfast though. not good in dinner or a la carte food. didn’t like that you could bot have guest with all the money you spend staying there

Hotel was amazing, since we walked in the service and the staff very extremely nice and helpful. Inside the hotel is beautiful, very green, lots of animals (sloths, parrots..), pool is huge and has a smaller kids pool, 2 jacuzzis, lots of space. There are 2 restaurants that were pretty good. Spa and massages were good too. Amazing breakfast.

The rooms are outdated, they are currently working on remodeling and renewing the common areas in the hotel and hopefully will work on the rooms too. We booked 1 bedroom apartment and it looked more like a holleway with bedroom and not living room but it didn’t bother us much since we spent most of our time outside.

great infrastructure, huge swimming pool, restaurant service at the pool, extremely helpful and motivated employees, practical "towel service" at the pool, great variety of breakfast options, hotel has an ATM and a tourist office, beautiful colonial building, helpful security personnel, employees always organized a cab for us, lobby employees handle food deliveries, impeccable laundry service, strong wifi in all hotel areas, private beach area with security guards and restaurant service

food quality in hotel restaurant is not that great considering high prices, wild animals shouldn't live in the hotel garden, music at the pool is boring and always the same

The hotel is located at the end of bocagrande. It is very convenient to walk to shops, restaurants and find tour guide. The taxi ride is only a couple of dollars so it makes it easy to get to old city. The beach is across the road. The hotel is well kept. They have sloths, macaws, baby fawn, and even a couple peacocks wandering around the grounds. Very sweet!. The food was good. The hamburger excellent as was the pizza. The pool was not too busy and still saw open loungers around it everyday. I would say that everything was great. A little on the pricier side but it was exactly what we needed.

The wifi was not the best in our rooms. We couldn't use even video chatting on whatsapp.

A beautiful hotel, historic building with an ambiance. Fantastic pool. Multiple breakfast spots and bars. The staff was very friendly and hardworking. Shout out to Nayib, who made every day special. Close proximity to the beach and restaurants. Taxis available within seconds.

Would appreciate more variety for breakfast. I wish, for the business growth and sake, that hospitality attendants could speak better English.

The location, the historical site,the architecture, i especially appreciated the warmth, the treatment i got from everyone of the members of the staff. What a great crew they have. One rarely encounters perfection at this level.The swimming pool and the surrounding areas are spectacular, sharing the grounds with animals that are being rehabilitated so that they can go back to their natural habitat after being seized from wildlife traffickers. The serenity and soothing atmosphere emanating from this 5 stars hotel are incredible. I also felt safe and secure, they offer top security for their guests. For all these reasons i will stop trying other hotels in Cartagena. Believe me i have tried a few.

I will keep coming back to Hotel Caribe, i tried other hotels in the same category but they didn't meet my expectations.

We liked the spacious room, shower and badroom. The reception staff offfered us a room with a bathroom for old/disabled people, which allowed us to be in the same building as my girlfriend's family. We really liked the friendly and helpful staff, the excellent breakfast with plenty of options, the dining options, large and clean pool and the indoor playing facilities (a pool table and table tennis table). I also liked the nature in the hotel such as parrot birds, toukan. The hotel is located near the beach. Great value for money!

The buildings look a bit old.

Property was amazing! Loved the garden and animals that reside there. Rooms were a little dated, but clean and comfortable. Air conditioning was cold and property was located in a great location and secure. I felt very safe there. Staff was hospitable and friendly.

My only complaint is the food is bland and there should be more options available. Pizza was good though!

The staff were all so very, very nice. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Great Colombian coffee! Big, beautiful pool. The hotel has class! Great restaurants on the street in front of the hotel.

Perhaps a better system to use the few cabanas by the pool. There were so few and people would “reserve” them by putting a towel there and the cabana would remain empty for long periods of time.
