The location is great, it is situated close to most of the things that you would like to do in Pereira. Very close to supermarkets and even drugstores. It's only 5 min away (with a taxi) from the circunvalar (area full of clubs, restaurants and shops). The breakfast is truly delicious and you can get a lot of traditional Colombian food. The staff is great and will truly help you and go that extra mile. I really want to thank Jose Luis and Andres from the front desk for everything! They are great people.

The only thing that could be better is the elevator (the sensor wasn't working well) yet this is a problem that will be fixed soon, and that the Spa is being maintained on Sundays (something that I discovered there).

Central location on the main street of Pereira Well sized and comfortable beds. Breakfast buffet was decent though they could add fresh a la carte egg service Very friendly staff at reception

Bathroom was somewhat outdated and had a visitor in it the last day of my stay Hotel is used a lot for conventions so make sure your room doesn´t overlook the glass ceiling from the convention room as it will be noisy until the events end.

They serve great buffet style breakfast. The staff is very nice and goes out of their way to make your stay a pleasant one. Everything was also very clean.

The hotel is on one of the main commercial streets with a lot of street vendors, but you can easily avoid this as the hotel is on a corner. Inside our room we did not hear street noise, so that was not problem.

The room,staff were doing a Great job,good internet and facilities from the gym,sauna wet and dry and very nice rooms plus Good breakfast.

They had construction going on on the 4th floor on top of my room the first day so I was moved to the 2 floor so worked out well and I was very happy.

Very nice and comfy rooms, the staff was simply amazing, breakfast was good (not as good as i would expect for such hotel though)

The walls were very thin and you could hear rooms around - at night we could hear the TV that were watching our neighbors and then we were woken up at 6am by a reaggeton coming from the other neighbours :( Also the neighborhood is a bit sketchy at night.

Good safe location in the heart of the business district. Very friendly & helpful staff. The place was extremely clean. The food in the restaurant was fabulous.

the staff was extra courteous & willing to make us feel welcomed. they prepared a to-go breakfast for us because we had an early flight & couldn’t wait until the breakfast service started. that was very nice of them. beds are super comfortable. restaurant is ok, but not awesome.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety to choose from. Very clean and comfortable. They went out of their way to get my clothes laundered on a Sunday.

Excellent attention & faultless friendly service from all the staff. Very clean and calm atmosphere and a quiet room with a very large comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet is open from very early for a good few hours & has a nice range of deliciously prepared food. The hotel is located in the heart of the city and it was a quick 15 minute ride to the airport.

We were stuck here during the reforma tributaria protests but the staff looked after us and we felt safe And comfortable Laundry service very expensive especially having a small child needing to wash everything was important
