Hotel Hacienda Combia

The room was clean. There was a mosquito net in the window (not all hotels have that and it is very useful). The staff speaks English and is very friendly. They can order a taxi or tour for you if you need it. The hotel surrounding is very beautiful. There are avocado and orange trees, and coffee bushes around. You can observe hummingbirds and other colorful birds, etc. The swimming pool is a bit cold but is big and swimming surrounded by beautiful nature is very relaxing. There are also a jacuzzi and sauna but it needs to be booked in advance (there is high demand so we were able to book it just twice during 4 days stay). The hotel offers also massages for an additional fee. The food in the restaurant is very good.

The water in the bathroom was cold in the evenings. At some point, there was no water available for an hour or so. To get to the hotel you need to drive on the field road. It gets very muddy after the rain. There is a weak noise coming probably from the street nearby that can be heard all the time. It did not bother me but it bothered my partner a lot. He could not relax.

Overall really nice. Restaurant and the staff are amazing, also super helpful with our special needs with a baby. Very good value for money.

Rooms are a bit old, we stayed as a group in 4 different which were either very dark or very noisy or very humid. The receptionist with square glasses is quite unfriendly, but the rest of staff is amazing.

An authentic coffee plantation Hacienda owned by the same family for over 100 years. Amazing staff that stop at nothing to ensure you have a perfect stay. Good food, excellent margaritas, and a fun coffee tour experience that’s great for children as well. A special thanks to Jonathan, Oscar, Juan José, and Mauricio, for making our visit memorable.

The Hacienda is great. Upon arrival we got a free upgrade to a bigger room and the infinity pool with a scenic view is amazing. The staff is very friendly and the owners also happened to be at the property while we were there. They made sure we are comfortable during our stay. They also arranged for us to have a driver who for a good price drove us around the Valle the Cocora and Salento for a day.

the bed is very big and comfortable, the swimming pool has a nice view, the hotel style is cozy, the included breakfast is plenty and good. In addition, the personal was very kind and cooperative when we want to change the dates of our reservation and the room.

the bathroom seems to have humidity and its equipment is old.

Beautiful and peaceful location. We stayed en route to Salento from Armenia specifically to do the tour of the finca. Our tour guide was friendly and extremely knowledgeable, we learnt a lot and enjoyed the coffee tasting and the coffee at the end!

Breakfast has plenty of options but buffet style so some aspects not as good as could be e.g., eggs cold and overcooked and pineapple starting to turn...

Great view of local landscapes. The decoration and design of balconies and places to relax and socialize is great, loved the hammocks to see the sunset and the multiple birds flying around. The avocado tree is a great place to sit under and read or chat.

WiFi in our rooms was unstable but that’s the least of the problems. One should enjoy that place for an offline stay.

Surrounded by natural beauty with magnificent views. Locally sourced materials used in construction. Unique spaces such as hummingbird tree and stargazing outdoor beds.

Is a bit out of the way for most tourist destinations.

The view is amazing. It has an infinity pool where you can enjoy the sunset. One of my favorite things was the food, it’s an excellent quality. The service is awesome. They are available anytime you need them

The road entrance is little difficult to drive

The Hacienda and the views are beautiful. Staff is very kind and helpful. Pool is so nice. Coffee tour is very worthy. Very close to Armenia El Eden airport.

Food is a little bit expensive for being in Colombia but okay.
