The room is very spacious, with very comfortable bed. It has a nice and clean bathroon and a decent sized balcony. The hotel is nearby a supermarket and all the Jan Thiel beach clubs (and its own Beach Club, as well). Awesome place for the price.
The room we had didn't have the best view possible, but we knew we were going to have lobby view, so that was fine.

Very nice hotel with a fantastic pool, near to beach clubs and Jan Thiel beach, easy to check in and to do the PCR test required nowadays (there is a ADC inside). The room was confortable, I don't like the pillows, but everything else was cozy.
The cleaning of the pool and bad wifi signal for the guests chairs on the left (near to Scubadiving center) The breakfast sweets options (cakes, donuts)

Facilities (incl pools) are at the beach club and not on the hotel grounds, so open to the public. The beach club is very busy and no customer service focused on hotel guests.

The location, facilities and the hotel staff. The security guys at the hotel (Jimmy and Nelson) were very friendly and always in for a talk.
The security at the entrance to the beach (not via the hotel but the main public entrance). They kept asking (in a rude way) for passes to go to the beach area, although we'd been there over 2 weeks. They didn't ask the Dutch people (with family) but only us (younger group of guys). The security to the beach entrance (from the hotel) was lovely and respectful.
