Renaissance Wind Creek Curacao Resort

The Renaissance is run by a very friendly and professional staff, they care. From where it’s based it creates a lot of visual excitement with maritime endeavours from the lagune pool side and being between the cruise arrivals and charm of Willemstad is a great mix. The infitinity pool really allows you to relax and is accessible and you feel welcomed and looked after for bites and refreshments. Lastly they have delicious caribbean benedict breakfast in-house. further, bit rare these days - they play really nice music throughout the hotel, thoughtful curation. kudos for this one

Very little was off, but the light that always turns on by sensor can wake your oartner up unintentionally. bit many sounds towards roadside rooms, but manageable. dj on saturday could okay music a bit lower as it conflicts with the other pleasant music

Well located, near the airport, near the mambo beach, a lot of places to eat a nice food nearby. The pool area is excepcional, the infinity beach has a very very great view of the ocean as well as the mega cruisers that dock at the pier located almost in front of the hotel.

The only thing I didn't like is that the prices the hotel practices is a little bit high, comparing with other great places, mainly the beer. The hotel region also suffers from the same problem, once it seems that almost every place is owned by the hotel. For example, the hotel charges 8 us dollars for a beer while in mambo beach you can pay 6. In comparison, at the supermarket the same beer is less than 2 dollars.

Very appreciative of the help Caroline provided with an upgrade of the room and arranging with ADC to come to the hotel for the antigen test. Liked the pool. Liked the staff at the Infinity Pool, the food and drinks. Liked the Aveda products in the room.

The beach area was not well maintained, full of Starbucks plastic cup covers and cigarette butts -- it should have been raked/cleaned at least once a day. Food at the Nautilus was not great. Room service was not good. Some of the towels in the room should be disposed of as they are well past their useful life.

This is our second visit to the hotel and third to the island. Service is excellent, staff everywhere very friendly and go out of their way to make you happy, from the dining room to the ladies who turn over the rooms each day. The older, grey haired doorman who has been there many years is an amazing ambassador to the hotel. He is fantastic. Sorry his name slipped my mind. Always willing to help despite his years, positive, ambassador for the hotel. You should keep him for as long as he wants to stay. Hotel location is perfect, and I wont stay anywhere else but here.

Everything is lovely. Buffet service for breakfast is very expensive, especially with a family of 5.

It was a wonderful trip overall. From start to finish it was more than expected. The location is excellent and close to restaurants and shopping areas. The staff is very friendly and always made sure to ask how our stay has been going. Tiffany and Riangelo were awesome and assisted us to make our trip even better. I would definitely be returning.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Renaissance Wind Creek. My suite was ocean view and it was impeccable and fully stocked with grooming amenities, robes and slippers. The facilities itself was well kept and situated next to riffort mall. However the real highlight of my experience was the amazing staff. Everyone was extremely accommodating and friendly. They seemed to really care about the guest. Michenique was my waiter for breakfast and she was outstanding, she went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and that my dining experience was great. She even taught me a few phrases 🥰

The beach/infinity pool bar area was great but I would suggest revamping the menu as some of the dishes were quite underwhelming and lacked presentation.

Perfect location in walking distance to several restaurants & shops next to the Rif Fort and also by Queen Emma bridge where you can walk into the town. Pool/beach of the hotel is amazing and so is the view of the ocean and it’s open 24/7. The staff is very nice and helpful. Room was cleaned everyday.

The menu at the pool/beach bar has limited options although what I had was good. My room was island view which I realized was not great as it was next to the street so you hear the noise of the traffic passing by. This was not a big deal as I was out most of the day everyday but if you want to sit on the balcony and enjoy peace and quiet be sure to get a different room.

Location is great, close to the Emma Bridge and a walking distance of Punda, which holds a lot of stores for shopping. The facilities are excellent, the staff is very friendly and (almost) everyone speaks several languages. Parking is free.

The hotel was clean, central and the staff was kind. Location was really amazing: close to many bars shops and restaurants. Breakfast also was delicious! The room was beautiful and spacious.

Unfortunately the main pool / beach was closed. Even though we were a bit disappointed in not having the beach in front of the hotel, there was a shuttle taking guests to Mambo beach. Towels and bottles of water were provided: we really appreciated this. However, Shuttle is only 3 times per day, so one needs to be organized. We had a problem with loud music coming from the pool area starting at 6am. However, Mr. Castillo was super helpful and understanding. He offered us lunch and late check out.

The location is perfect. At side of Rif Fort (restaurants, stores) and 7 min from Emma Bridge to cross the well known colored houses street. The food is amazing. The rooms very good, bath are much towels. They have a Netherland Chef and the buffet is perfect. (Child pay. 50% off). The hotel has a artificial beach sand clean sea water. but is ok considering it is really near to buses. ($1) station to go other beaches like Mango and Jan Thiel. you don't need to pay taxi. $30.

there is a Starbuck inside the hotel. A little bit slow services compare with others. The country has high taxes, total over 25%.
