First from the check in... I came before the 5:00 check in but they let me leave by luggage until check in time whcih was about three hours. The staff was professional and friendly. Everything was smooth. The breakfast was great because I don't eat much and they had many choices. I'd rate it at Contential Plus. There was a variety of hot food , meats, and much to drink. They have a taxi driver named Javier. He is the best. He drove us for 5 days all over the place and stayed and waited until we were done. We even went to Boca Chica to the playa. The breakfast was the deal maker but add Javier and you got a winning combination. Thanks Javier. Thanks Staff.

I thought ALL rooms had the spa tub because I have conditions from multibody trauma injures and having an active life but that's NOT the case. Email them or call them first to verify your choice BEFORE you make reservations. The place has over 2,300 reviews so they must be doing somethig right.

The location was great. All the staff were very helpful. The hotel set up a taxi to pick me up from the airport and to go back to the airport. They asked if I needed help with anything. In particular the reception team was fantastic.

There were two minor things. The first is that my room did not have any sort of table that you could sit at to eat or to write. The second is that the hotel gym is visible from the street. This made me feel uncomfortable at times because people could look in and watch.

The room overall was a very nice size, included was a mini bar in room for extra expenses. It’s a peaceful sleep and breakfast was good. Great location and comfortable . Definitely would stay again. Beautiful boutique hotel in a historical district.

The bathroom was tiny and didn’t include wash cloths but provided hand towels and bath towels. You have to remove the drain out of the shower so it won’t flood your room. Elevator was super confusing at first lol and super tiny lol

The location the staff at the front desk we're very helpful and gave me accurate information when I need it. The guys at the front desk also Spoke English that made things a lot easier .

My breakfast was included on the first day a woman asked me for my room number to confirm I was staying there. No problem however I was there for a week from time to time she kept asking me for my room number again and again I found that very annoying.

Fantastic location - right in the centre of the Colonial Zone. Really nice staff who were genuinely helpful. Room was comfortable and had a balcony. Decent breakfast.

The road outside is very noisy at night, this was a weekday and people seemed to be out partying quite late. One small lift - we had a pram so needed to use it which was a bit tedious. Not too much of an issue but I can imagine it would get annoying if the hotel was at full occupancy.

Excellent location only 2 minutes' walk from Parque Colon and about 4 minutes from Plaza Espana. Depending on the room, there could be some noise disturbance from outside but it's probably to be expected if this part of the city is desired. Breakfast options are good and it's also pleasant to be able to dine on the few tables outside. Helpful staff and the hotel was generally clean.

WiFi dropped in and out occasionally but wasn't too bad overall. The hotel has rooftop relaxing area with seats and a view over the immediate area, it would be nice if a bar were added up there.

Breakfast was good but the tables weren’t cleaned quickly between guests. Also you always had to ask for coffee or silverware.

Luis at the front desk was amazing! There was another gentleman who wasn’t very helpful. He refused to make a phone call to a local number for us. A light skinned man with a bald head.

Location and building condition is very good.

Free breakfast should be canceled. The eggs were cooked so fast they were brown outside and the yoke was still liquid. The bread was too long for the toaster so two inches never got toasted. Orange Sunny Delight for your drinking please. Orange juice was not available even if you wanted to pay extra. The corner market is half a block away and they could not give you the option. Its obvious that management has never spent a single night at that hotel. Bring your own bread and juice.

The breakfast was delicious. There were a variety of foods to choose from. The location of the hotel was perfect and within walking distance of the El Conde. My room was satisfactory. It was clean and close to the elevator.

I didn't like that I had to pay $25 extra dollars for 2 snickers and a bottle of water when I checked out. I thought that was a bit pricey.

The staff was super helpful and nice since our arrival. The location is amazing, a few steps from all the main cultural attractions of the city and great restaurants. The breakfast was really good. Overall an excellent quality-price I would stay there again
