Staff was excellent and helpful. Room was comfortable. Location was great for exploring the Colonial Zone.

REALLY disappointing you don't provide one small bottle of water for brushing your teeth!!! I've been in the DR for 4 years. We've never stayed in any other hotel or Air B&B, that didn't furnish some small amount of free water (since you can't drink water from the tap). We had to track down a grocery store to buy/bring back water (we weren't going to pay the crazy prices of the stocked fridge in the room). Really poor customer service/room value for this price point (and so easily remedied)!

I really love the location of this hotel-right in front of the Parque Colon where a lot of activities are happening and this is the place if you enjoy people watching ❤️ Their restaurant also offers good food… Staff are nice too…

This is the first time in my many years of being a Booking.com client that the price has a “minor/slight” difference from what It’s only around 10.50 USD difference not really a big deal but was told at first, conversion difference that’s why it was higher than the total price I was given or another option that if I pay cash- the price from Booking.com will be honored? Just letting future clients know about this so they won’t be surprised…

You will not find an hotel in this area that has a better location than this one. We drove passed a lot of other hotels on my favourite list but I was so happy we choose this one! It is located right at a plaza which gives a really open feel instead of just another hotel on the street. Also the balconies are so cute! I loved hearing the street musicians at night and in the morning. If you need absolute silence to sleep bring earplugs (which u would probably need if u would stay anywhere else in this area anyways). There was always something to see on the plaza. The rooms are nice and clean and the staff really nice and helpful. The restaurant was also great!

We had the balcony room on top level under the name of the hotel. The room was great! It’s located right above where a lot of the action happens so if you can’t handle a little noise, it might not be the room for you. However, for us it was a great few days. The shower was hot. The AC was perfect at night. The location is centrally located and in walking distance to many attractions.

The location is perfect, rooms are nice and clean. The lighting in the room was excellent and since it was a room in the back there was no noise from the street. I would stay here again and recommend the hotel. Something to keep in mind, there is no elevator, the hotel is from the second floor up.

A noisy vent and a flashing red light on the ceiling that couldn't be turned off. Also unfortunately my room was next to a storage and wash room for the staff and they made a lot of noise from very early in the morning till sometimes late at night.

This is the only hotel I've ever stayed at in the Capital, but with that said, it was excellent in my opinion. The location is ideal. It's right next to Colon Parque in the Zona Colonial which is a nice park with musicians, artists, and lots of pigeons that people like to play around with and feed. There's acafe built into the ground floor of this hotel which is also excellent. The prices at both the cafe and hotel are reasonable, the quality is very high, and the service is top notch. I'd rebook this place if I ever needed a hotel room in the Zona.

The style character and design are fantastic and elegant loved the vibe a little retro and the choice of colours and furniture. Amazing location and very fast WiFi. Also of note the good restaurant downstairs on the main square.

The room I was staying in was definitely smaller than I thought, the bathroom was fine. Unfortunately there was a very noisy vent on the ceiling near the bed that kept going all night and I had to use ear plugs as there was nothing I could do to stop it. Quite uncomfortable in all honesty but I managed with ear plugs.

Exceeded my expectations! Great anniversary spot. Very romantic and and a great spot to be intimate with the person you love.

Upgrade options for special events. Like being greeted with champagne or champagne in the room upon arrival.

The hotel is infront of the main area of entertainment also is closed to the historic places. The room was very clean and was exactly as per the image they showed online, moreover bed was very comfortable.

At night the place is suuuuuuper noisy!!!!! We had a room infront of the reception and our balcony was facing the main plaza, so at night we were hearing all the music from the street and the noise from reception. I couldn't sleep literally the first night was completely frustrated. So basically is noisy almost the whole day so if someone is a person that needs peace to be able to sleep this is not the place.

This hotel couldn’t be in a more perfect location of you are visiting! It’s in a clean, lively, safe area with everything being a block away from me! The rooms look newly renovated and I absolutely love their terraces they all have a view :) I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in SD

They could use some services like in room dining and arranging excursions
