Very good hotel with good soundproofing and warm comfortable rooms, which seems to be a rare case in Quito. Excellent breakfast. Helpful staff.

The arranging of breakfast is quite strange: the counter with pastries is free accessible, and the counter with everything else (fruits, cheeses, yogurts, granola) is fenced, the food is served by the waiter on demand. This is very inconvenient, and we have not seen this before or after this hotel during a 2.5 week trip to Ecuador.

The hotel is located in a quiet area with easy access to supermarket just 5 minutes walk. Also plenty of restaurants around offering different kind of cuisines. We stayed in twin room for 3 nights, spacious and clean. The sink is separated from the toilet & bathroom, which makes it more user friendly. There is a table and chair for working next to the window. Free bottled water, coffee pack and tea bags are provided in the minibar. The breakfast buffet is rich and tasty. All kind of fruits, pastries, yogurt, some hot dish like scrambled egg & rice are available. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Speedy check in and helped us to book taxi to airport. Overall an excellent stay. Highly recommend

Great hotel with lots of restaurants around in the neighbouring streets. Staff will do anything to help. Tour guides/taxi rides arranged at the front desk at short notice. Good breakfast. Water replenished daily which is great. Normal taxis available on the street corner, and they are really cheap. We had booked a hotel in the Historic Centre and stayed one night and then moved to this hotel. Historic Centre is so noisy fro 0430 every morning. Better to stay here and just visit the Historic centre.

Baller status views from my room. Amazing breakfast buffet with soooo many options, and I don't normally eat Bfast. Super friendly and helpful staff. Workout room helpful after eating so much at the Bfast buffet. Do yourself a favor and stay here! You will love it very central to getting around to great restaurants and the rest of the city!

We loved the speed of the WiFi and were able to upload a few gigabytes of photos and videos with an hour or two. The room was large and with efficient air conditioning and a window that actually opened for fresh air. The beds and pillows were comfortable. There was a refrigerator for keeping drinks cold. The hotel staff was always courteous and helpful!

The only thing that we didn't like was that there was no exhaust fan in shower and toilet area, so the humidity caused the door to warp and it was hard to open after being pulled shut. It would also have been preferred if there were a door at the sink area for more privacy.

Although is centrally located in La Floresta I was staying in floor 15 and I didn’t heard any noise from the street. Employees were very helpful. Bed was very comfy and the room had great space, and loved the very hot water from the shower. Staying again definitely when coming back to Quito.

The bathroom sink was too low and the faucet was too small for the sink.

The location was close to my clients office and a variety of restaurant options.

A Ladies Soccer team had a pep rally n the hotel lobby and it sounded like a marching band was passing through my room. I called the front desk to inquire about the noise. They told me that this brief ceremony would end momentarily. It ended around 9 PM.

Aside one of the clearks at check-in, staff was very polite and helpful. Good location with many restaurants around, both upmarket and well-priced.

We were asked to pay on arrival as we booked via booking.com. I disagreed as no such policy was mentioned in the booking confirmation. Also this was our 3rd stay within 4 weeks in this hotel. I found this quite inappropriate. Rooms nice but rather noisy on weekends from the adjacent bars and restaurants, bad noise insultation of the windows.

The breakfast was excellent the servers were considerate and took care of all our needs the front office staff was superb Giovanni was excellent as well as all the other people Mr Wilson who taxied us was prompt and careful driving Caesar was also excellent in driving nothing but superlative for the front staff they were just great

I think the staff at the front was excellent and they took very good care and we're very concerned about their customers no negativity

Very nice hotel, a lot of restaurant nearby, you can have many different selections, Italy food, Mexico food, China food, fast food, and a supper market just 300 meters away. I think I will come back this hotel again when I come back to Quito.
