Cairo World Trade Center Hotel & Residences

We got a 2 BR suite in the 23rd floor. It was huge. Rooms were exactly as seen in pics. We loved spending mornings and evenings in the balcony. The rooms were old but classic beautiful. Beds were very comfortable. I loved that there was a proper laundry room with washer and dryer. Place was clean.

As shared by reviews, the fixtures are old and bathroom is old. To be fair, the bathroom is good in the sense that it's large, clean, there's a bidet, strong water pressure and hot water. The only prob is the bathtub as it's old and looks dirty. Note that it is clean but because it's old, it looks dirty. Just shower in the bathtub and you'll be fine. That's the only point I will deduct. Everything else was excellent for me and my family of 4.

I must say I was a bit hesitant to book this hotel after reading some of the reviews, but honestly, the hotel exceeded my expectations and I was glad that I booked my stay at Cairo World Trade Center Hotel. It is excellent value for money. I was travelling with my wife and two daughters, and the check-in and check-out process were fast. They checked me in early, and they even upgraded my room from Family Connecting Rooms to Regent Suite with two bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and kitchen, which was very huge. We really enjoyed the spacious suite and the comfortable beds. The suite had a large balcony and very nice views of the city and the Nile River. It is true that some facilities and bathrooms are old, but everything was working just fine with no problems whatsoever. I visited the hotel by the end of January and the weather was a bit cold so the only thing I had to call the maintenance team for was the Air Conditioning which was set on cooling instead of heating so they fixed that right away. The suite was clean and the housekeeping team made sure to keep it clean and tidy throughout my entire stay. The hotel staff were very helpful and extremely friendly, special thanks to Ms. Bassant and Ms. Mariam from the front desk. The location of the hotel is excellent, it is centrally located in Cairo and within two minutes walking distance to the Nile and "People of Egypt walkway" which is a clean, newly renovated river walk that has lots of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families. Thank you Cairo World Trade Center Hotel for this wonderful stay, I will definitely come back again.

We had one of the biggest suites. It was very spacious. The beds were incredibly comfortable in both rooms. The view from the master bedroom was amazing. The balcony was very spacious and had good furniture. The kitchen had minimal utensils to use or cook with but was really nice. Fridge worked well, stove worked, washing machine and dishwasher kind of worked.

There wasn't much to not like. The building is a bit older that you read about in the reviews, but the rooms are huge with awesome views, friendly staff and were fairly priced. We would stay again!

The staff were amazing and friendly and very attentive, especially Ahmed the gentleman who works at the breakfast buffet, very kind talkative and approachable. He made out stay lovely and he is a wonderful employee who goes above and beyond. I accidentally left my phone when we left to go to the airport and it was handed in by the staff so I felt the team were very honest and trust worthy and the lady who works on the guest relations desk, not sure what her name was but helped arrange our transportation for us to the airport when our uber let us down. Hotel is safe and secure due to security at entrance and car park entrance.

The hotel is great but rooms could probably do with a little update or makeover, slightly dated but still it was lovely and value for money, I would stay again.

Great location! Spacious apartment. We were upgraded from a 2-bed to a 3-bed, which turned out to be a blessing! So, we are very grateful for that. We were very comfortable and immediately made the apartment our home away from home. The kitchen came equipped with a few pots and pans, along with cutlery and crockery, which added to the homely feel. There was also a functioning washing machine and drying rack. There is a supermarket not too far down from the hotel - about a 20 minute walk - so getting supplies was easy. Across the hotel is the River Nile. There is a beautiful promenade which has some cute little kiosks and eateries and transportation was easily available. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely visit again.

Nothing major. The place seemed a bit dated and was only slightly dusty. The dining table would always look unclean; probably the cleaning products they were using weren't effective enough. The hand shower in one bathroom blew off its hose as the water pressure was too strong. We complained about it and it got rectified immediately. However, it happened a second time, so we just tried to control the pressure ourselves through the mixer. Finally, each time we reached out to the concierge for assistance, they would say that they would call us back with a response, but that call would never come.

We received a free room upgrade and got a STUNNING suite!!! My favorite part about the suite was the study, the desk area and the space was perfect to get some work done. The facilities were great, we appreciated having water bottles as well as coffee and available in the kitchen; the bathrooms were very clean, and the beds were on another level of comfortable. It's a shame we ever had to leave the room! :) Also, the staff were incredibly sweet, they let us check in our bags at the concierge 5 hours before our check-in time, and allowed us to leave them with the concierge a few hours after our check-out time as well. They advised us on where to go and what to see during our short visit to Cairo and were supportive overall. Location was wonderful as well, just across the road from the Corniche! :) Our upgraded suite had a partial Nile view as well as a beautiful city view. Meals at the restaurant were lovely as well. The service was excellent and the food was delicious.

I wished there were more options from the Egyptian cuisine in the menu! We were only there for 1 day and wished we could've tried some traditional Egyptian cooking while in the hotel! :) The one Egyptian sandwich on the menu, the Kebdah Iskandarania, was not available. We had international lunch though and it was great, and we had breakfast the next morning and it was WONDERFUL!

Excellent and very respectful staff, especially the reception and housekeeping. Rooms are clean and appliances are well maintained. Overall an excellent stay.

The rooms are a little expensive and could use a little refurbishment as some elements are getting on in age and beginning to degrade, nothing that affects the quality of the stay, but for the price, they could replace some door and window handles that are too rusted to close without the lock, and a few paintings with cracked glass.

Big suite, imperial 3 bedrooms Breakfast brought up by room service good. Pizza and pasta night before room service good. Beds comfi. Was very late for our London flight, called the hotel to get our bags ready just 4min before. we arrived to the hotel few min later they had the bags ready, helped us run to taxi we pulled up in and load up, we got out in 2 minute. We just made our flight with just 4min left to check close as 1 hour before for London flight. Any bag hotel delay would of lost us that flight. So thank you.

Lobby old style but room fine. But can't complain as very cheap. Worth it.

The hotel is in a central location on the beautiful Nile. Ms Kristine and Ms Meriam from the front desk made sure our stay was comfortable. Mr Ahmed and his team from the restaurant looked after us and all other guests. This is our second stay in this hotel after our first stay in 2018. The hotel apartments are spacious and comfortable.
