The rooms were updated and clean. All of the members of our group were very positive about the facilities. We were met by a staff member when we were checking in, and she was helpful because the email that was sent included codes but did not specify which of the rooms we would be staying in. This facility worked well for our group of two couples and two sisters.

One of the rooms separated the toilet from the rest of the bathroom. This was ok in theory but not so great in practice. This would have been better if there had been a wash basin in the toilet compartment, but there was not, and the toilet facilities were located near the door of the apartment. The nearest basin was in the kitchen area - separated from the toilet by a hallway, and the other basin was in the bathroom, separated by a hallway, the living room, and then the bedroom.

Location was very good but upon arrival parking had to be quite distance from the hotel but there was a place to offload luggage etc. outside the entrance gates but on the actual street. the automatic blinds were very useful in the very warm weather that we experienced. bed was very comfortable.

There was no dining table which some may not mind but even a couple of trays would have been useful to eat off rather than bend over to eat of the low occasional table. there was a smell of sewage in the modern bathroom and the wash basin tap moved around unless held firmly in one hand. It was a shame that these little details were not fixed. The water pressure was very low from the tap on the sink but fine in the bathroom which seemed strange. Hot water was always available. Parking was available in the street but wasn't always easy to find close to the entrance.

The apartment was very clean and had great tasteful decor. There was plenty of space for us as a family. Lovely clean bathrooms and good sized bedrooms. It was just a few minutes to the centre walking and was easy to access.

The stairs up to the second bedroom had not been totally finished and decorated which was odd but I'm sure once it is done the stairs will be easier to go up and down. There was no light for going down the stairs to the kitchen but a wire for if from the wall so I guess this is also yet to be done. So it was fabulous where it had been finished but I think that there were areas that needed to be completed. This did not affect the comfort of our stay but just an observation.

We loved the location, the accommodations. the friendly staff, the cleanliness, and flexibility when we needed to change our dates due to an emergency. Severine and Christophe were very helpful in finding additional accommodations for us when we really needed it. Parking on the street was relatively easy and restaurants, pharmacy, and shops were in walking distance. Quiet neighborhood at night.

This was a last minute find due to an unexpected cancellation. Much better than the one we had originally booked. Simple, plain little apartment in a fully restored historic building on the edge of the old town centre. Perfectly located. We stayed 4 nights. Easy to get in and out of Bayeux. We also always got a parking space right at the gate in the street.

The TV came on loudly, by it self at 3 a.m. during our last night and we both almost had a heart-attack! Steep stairs which was difficult with the suitcases.

This place was great. Exactly what we needed. Got an email the day of with the code to check in. Had a small kitchen and bathroom. Plenty of street parking out front. Beds were nice and had a spare blanket. Nice walking distance from the city center.

Had a little difficulty opening the door, but just needed to push hard and it opened. Wish there was more lighting in the bathroom, specifically the shower.

Comfortable apartment with everything you need for self catering. Great location. Good instructions to access. Beautiful views across the rooftops. Easy walk into town and very quiet at night.

Television did not work well - loose cord to the antenna, and wi-fi was very slow. Parking hard to find nearby but there was usually somewhere a short walk away.

The Apartment, which was in the attic space, was spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. The decor, furniture, bathroom and general condition of the apartment is excellent. Bayeux is a beautiful historic town and the Au Loup Apartments are in a great location and within easy walking distance of the Cathedral, Bayeux Tapestry and main shopping street. The butcher, the baker, the wine shop and lots of restaurants are within a few minutes walk of the apartment. There is free parking on the street outside the apartments.

The fridge may be faulty as it had defrosted before we arrived and left a lot of water in the fridge and on the floor. We restarted it but it did the same thing the next day. The Wifi signal was weak

It was clean and well equipped. It was placed in a nice and quiet part of Bayeux.

The toilet was is a separate room and you had to walk through the kitchen/living-room and the sleeping room to get to the bathroom. The toilet room had a huge frosted glass window that made you feel like being on display. I’m sure other apartments in this establishment is better.

Excellent location near centre of Bayeux, parking on the road was easy. Property mostly very clean, excellent comfortable bed and good large shower. All furniture and apartment in new condition. Entrance code worked well, delivered timely for arrival. Would be happy to stay again for short stay.

Dim lighting, no light near dining table at all. Nowhere to hang coats and dressing gowns, yet plenty of potential space for hooks. Limited storage, could do with more shelves for clothes. Only bare minimum of crockery and cutlery, and a few crockery items had not been cleaned properly. Not very homely, lots of blank walls, no view, no real character with layout or furnishings which made it more of a functional stay than getting enjoyment when in the apartment….shame as it is a lovely old building. IKEA must have done well when this place was furnished!
