Cafe Hotel du Theatre

Fantastic location, the room was quite big, recently refurbished it seems. The bathroom was also large enough for two visitors. The owner is very kind and joyful and the breakfast was plentiful.

The check-in was a little bit odd as the reception and bar were closed on the day of our arrival. We picked up the key in a key box and all went well, the instructions were very clear! We would have enjoyed some hangers to be able to dry our coats in the bathroom. We also believe that is is important to remind the guests to lock the front door when leaving / entering the hotel.

The location was excellent, we couldn’t have been in a better place to explore Dinan. The room was clean. Staff in the cafe downstairs were very friendly & they serve fantastic coffee.

It’s a small room & very basic accommodation, although fine for just a night or two. But given the price & fabulous location, good value for money.

Location was near parking , looked out over plaza with good cafes , bars ( bretagne cider !), close to a great patisserie & central for walking around older area & to river. Pub hotel without the noise .

Stairs were dark & hard to navigate …. no light at bottom to guide . old building .

Clean and a very comfortable bed. En suite bathroom. In the heart of the Medieval city but very quiet at night. The host was absolutely charming!

The room was very small! Not much room for two suitcases. But the location made up for its size.

The hotel, cafe and restaurant were located right in the heart of old Dinan. A fabulous place to visit. Owner was very helpful and easy going.

Nothing to dislike - it suited our needs

Just in the center of the old city. It has no elevetor but you know it before and the parking is only 50 meters away. It has the perfect position in the city!

Location was great, tight on a nice little plaza. Breakfast was offered on the plaza and was very good. The hosts were friendly and available if you needed anything.

Nothing! It was great! Rooms were small, but had everything you would need. Tall windows opened to the plaza. Bathroom was updated and water pressure in the shower and as great!

The location was wonderful right in the historic district. The owner was very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Parking very close to hotel.

Excellent position in centre of town. Very clean. Got key from key safe. Breakfast from cafe downstairs very good 👍

No parking at premises. But car park close by (pay to park). Stairs would be difficult for some people.

The property located in an excellent location. And it’s definitely valued for money. The breakfast was great. We had a comfortable stay.
