Very friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to make you feel welcome. Excellent location and private undercover parking which was extremely convenient. the breakfast was much better than expected with everything served being very fresh and mostly locally sourced. Certainly more than even the person with the largest appetite could devour. coffee and tea were also unusually good. food was constantly replenished and everywhere was very clean, pleasant and comfortable. Looking forward to returning.

Bedroom quite warm in the hot weather but window did open and was not overlooked.

This was our first stop off coming off the ferry and driving down through France. It was easy to find and the underground parking made getting our luggage into the hotel straightforward. The historic centre of Dinan was close by for dinner and exploration. The room was comfortable with a good shower room. The breakfast was excellent, with hot and cold choices.

Well located hotel with a carpark. Staff were attentive and friendly. The room was small but well organised and our room also had a private balcony which gave us a lot more space. Everything was very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we are in Dinan.

Fantastic staff, perfect location with private parking. The room was very clean and comfortable, the terrace was a real bonus ! Breakfast is excellent value we really enjoyed the egg's and bacon ! It will be our first choice of hotel next time we visit Dinan.

The location is great, just a few minutes walk from the historic centre. A very friendly welcome by the reception staff. The room was clean, although some of the surfaces were a bit dusty. The breakfast was delicious, with good variety and good quality ingredients. The breakfast area was kept clean, tidy and refilled. The staff took the time to explain the sanitary protocol and both guests and staff were respectful of others with distance and masks.

Because of the very central location, and the popularity of the destination, it was slightly difficult to park. The hotel car park is very limited. We were lucky to find a spot in the very busy public car park a few minutes walk from the hotel. We were two adults and two kids in a quadruple room. The room was fine, with two separate sections for the double bed and the single beds. The single beds were a bit of squeaky which initially kept the kids from falling asleep. This room is facing a main road which could be noisy if you need to keep the windows open. However we had a quiet night with nothing to declare! There were two large fans in the room, which we didn't need to use. There is no air conditioning.

Excellent establishment with efficient service, good accommodation and a very useful garage which was great value for the small extra charge. Perfectly positioned near the battlements and easy walking to restaurants etc.

Nothing to criticise.

Very helpful staff, secure parking and comfortable room. A terrace was a bonus. Shower was nice and warm and the breakfast very nice with bacon, scrambled eggs, ham, cheese, bread, drinks. It was only a short walk into the town centre.

Room was too small. The shower door didn't have enough room to open properly.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The hotel is convenient to much of the "old town" sights and restaurants. The room was small but it was clean and comfortable. The hotel view for us was of the old chateau. The breakfast was adequate but they were obviously following COVID restrictions and guidelines which I appreciated greatly.

There is a great deal of traffic on this street. The sidewalks are narrow and a bit tricky. Just be aware and extra cautious. The parking was not usable due to construction but this was due to the city, not the hotel.

The location is excelent, next to the castle in the heart of Dinan. The well-designed room is a compensate for its small size. The breakfast is rich and of high quality. Close parking of the hotel is a massive advantage for those coming in a private car, like us.

1. Do not forget to book the hotel's parking space in advance. And it is for extra pay. 2. The noise insulation is not good enough. Movements and talk in the adjoining rooms intrude yours. We were lucky that the neighbours were not too noisy...

Good location. Secure parking available. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Very helpful staff. Kettle + hair dryer provided in the room.

Very small bathroom (but everything worked well). Elevator is tiny as well.
