excellent location, one short block from the sea. We could walk the boardwalk all the way to the old city which was fabulous. The hotel is modest but very clean and quite modern looking and attractive. The room is large enough and had 2 beds as requested. It is a budget hotel so there are no extra amenities such as coffee machine, safe, etc. But the beds were comfortable, a small but good washroom with only a shower. Our room was in a corner spot, so the internet was a bit weak and we had to go near the door to get connected. Their breakfast cost about 6 euros but was a convenient buffet for a good start to the day. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Location was fab, also right by the sea for nice walk which can take you everywhere, right by tram so easy to get around Nice without any hassle and so simple to get to airport about 15 mins on tram from door to door that easy, so cheap 1.50 euros per person per trip, so much cheaper than getting a taxi not worth it which could cost you around £40 for a taxi.

only thing was i don’t believe that the bedroom door is a fire risk due to the fact around the door there gap where smoke could get through, this was very annoying due to the graft through the night the lights were on in the corridor which kept waking me up or i couldn’t sleep when shining right on you. because if it was a fire door all gaps should be filled in for smoke etc. which kinda put me off a bit to be honest.

Comfortable and reasonable priced accommodation in Nice. Not far away from airport and not far away from city center, conveniently positioned close to the Lenval Hopital T2 tram station. Hotel is ok, hotel staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms are basic but clean and perfect for short stay. You can also have decent breakfast in the hotel for 6.9 euros per person. We also had Ibis Hotel experiences in other countries and cities and as always - it is good value for money and usually very well positioned regarding airports and railway stations.

Honestly for the hotel of this category we really don't have any complains. Everything was just fine.

Just in front of the train station, quite easy to for the city center or airport, just 2 min walking from the beach. Staff quite friendly.

No Frigobar, the breakfast is poor if compared with other bakeries in the neighborhood. I stayed alone in a triple room, so, it was comfortable, but I suppose if its too small for three people.

The staff was very friendly, check in was fast and easy. Room was clean, towels were changed every day and beds were made for us by the lovely cleaning ladies. The location is very good, L2 stops right in front of the hotel and it takes you to both the city centre and airport directly both ways.

The room was overall clean, the only thing that we noticed that the floor were a bit neglected by the cleaning leadies, which is fine if you use flip flops like we did. :)

Friendly staff who spoke English. Room was clean and we arrived slightly early for check in which wasn’t a problem. Breakfast was varied and inexpensive

I paid for a bigger sized room (family room) as there were no twin rooms available and I was travelling with my 21 year old daughter so didn’t want a double bed. Paid extra for a sea view which was just a glimpse between the buildings and there were no opening windows in the room which made it feel very small, stuffy snd claustrophobic. Also no additional or complimentary items such as tea/coffee making facilities or bottled water. Also very few places to eat out nearby, we walked a fair way and couldn’t find any affordable or open restaurants

The location is perfect, just outside the hotel there is a tram line. Bathroom is the best part of the room, it's quite bigger than I expected. The hotel stuff speaks in English and they're really polite and helpful.

Room looks a lot different on photos than it does in real life. The room stuff didn't vacuum our room for 4 days so the floor was kind of dirty when we were leaving. There's no hairdryer. I think that there was fungus in ventilation in the bathroom (not sure but it looked like it) so that's gross. Also it was kind of disappointing that the window was so dirty cause the view was great. AC works badly but we were visiting in Sep/Oct so it didn't bother us.

The location is great. Most of the reception staff was very kind and ready to help with informations about the local attractions. They gave us hair dryer and iron when we asked for. The room was clean, everyday they changed our towels. If you know that is a low budget hotel and you only need a room for sleep and shower, is a great chose.

The room was very small, but the bed was comfortable. I felt the lack of paper slippers and also a trash can in the room.

Super friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean. The location is good, the beach is one minute away, you need to walk to the center for sure, but you can have a nice walk along the beach. When you go to Ibis budget, you know what you can expect, and this hotel is no exception. In overall, great value for your money, I would come back anytime, we enjoyed to stay here.

The room was a little bit small and there was no closet or a place where you could put your clothes, you can only hang them. But at the end of the day, this was not a huge problem for us.

I like the Cleanliness and helpful nature of the staff during my stay. I also love the location of the hotel which is very near to the Promenade des Anglais. It was hardly 100 metres. The tram stop which is Lenval hospital tram is just 10 seconds away from the hotel. It takes approximately 20 mins from the airport to reach the hotel from Tram. Tram is very easily available and extremely cost effective. You can get the tram just outside the Nice airport from Terminal 1 and 2. The solo ticket cost only 1.50 Euro and it valid for 74 mins and you can take bus or tram in that periods as many number of times as possible. I also love the breakfast. They serve continental breakfast containing different types of breads, fruit juices, milk, Cheese, cream, Cornflakes, tea , coffee, some fruits, Croissants, boiled eggs etc. There is a buffet system and it costs only 6 euros. I highly recommend this. Hotel and room was very clean. Bedsheets and towels were changed by the cleaning staff. The WIFI was good as well and all the hotel staffs were extremely helpful. They also have luggage storing facility in case if you want to keep the luggage for some hours after the check out.

I like everything about the hotel and there is nothing I dislike. we had a very comfortable stay and I highly recommend this hotel to everyone who like to have nice stay in Nice. If they start some food option for dinner then it would be great as well.
