Hôtel des Ambassadeurs

Hotel is located very nearby to the main train station and within walking distance to the city centre. We wanted to get the parking spot for one night and it was arranged without any issues. Staff was super friendly and super helpful, cannot complain on the facilities.

When you open the window there is a lot of noise, especially in the late night (area with pubs, snackbars nearby) and in the very early morning (street cleaning). That was the only disadvantage. Apart from that, all was ok.

The lady at reception was so lovely and made me feel really comfortable in the property. The room was small and basic however it was perfect for one night. The hotel is located extremely close to the train station and quite close to the city centre. Will definitely return here if I'm ever in Toulouse again!

The walls are extremely thin and can hear other guests in their room. There is no elevator in the building, this may be difficult for other guests to access their room.

It was clean and comfortable

No kettle or hairdryer in room saw sign on way out after our 3 night stay that you could ask to use an hairdryer but that info should be in your room not on a little notice near reception ! A notice near reception said You could pay for a hot drink making to take to your room! but up the stairs if you have walking difficulties not really good idea !

the location is fantastic, close to everywhere I want to go and where I need to go. Bed was comfortable and the staff has been fantastic, friend and beautiful

nothing that I can tell, everything I had, everything I wanted and everything was just great for my holiday, so nothing

My room was small but it covered my needs. I had a peaceful night sleep. Breakfast was enough. The next morning. I had booked a train and the station is about 5mns walk, which is perfect.

I have a mobility issue and there are a lot of steps to the reception and more to the rooms. It is not really suitable for persons with disabilities.

All the receptionists are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The bed was comfortable, the shower pressure good and the water hot. It is also very easy to get there from the station and the bus from the airport is also stops very close to the hotel. So very convenient.

The room is very small (however, fine for an inexpensive 2star), and am glad I only had a small and light suitcase as access is by quite a few stairs

Perfect location, short walking distance from train station and also close to old town / city center. Non-stop reception, friendly staff. A bakery is working right next to the hotel.

The bathroom was pretty small. Like a ship/airplane bathroom, but practical and has all you need.

The location and price are amazing, if you are looking for a luxurious hotel look somewhere else, if you are looking for a value and good location this hotel is amazing.

It is really close to the bus terminal and you can walk to the centre just by foot as it is near too. The staff was really kind, even allowed us to leave our backpacks there while we visited the museums when the stay had already been finished.

The gentleman who greeted us at the reception was so kind, the room was small but we was only there for 1 night so was perfect and it was actually very cozy.

There wasn't anything to dislike.
