The bed was comfy, especially the pillows and the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was true to the pictures on both the hotel and booking.com websites. There was no outside noise at night, and the noise from other guests was very minimal. I was looking for a simple place to sleep while visiting a friend, which perfectly suited my needs, great value for money.
While the room was generally spotless, the shower curtain was dirty; however, this could be due to other guests leaving it bunched up after showering instead of spreading it out to dry properly. It was sweltering in Toulouse, and either there was no air conditioning in the stairwell, or it was broken. These were tiny issues and had little impact on my satisfaction.

I had the cheapest room, and despite the tiny space, it had everything you need, including a desk. Everything was exceptional clean, and the WiFi was excellent. Friendly staff as well. Excellent location, half way between the train station and the city centre. Very good lighting in the room as well.
There is a self controlled heather but it drops the temperature automatically to just 17 degrees at night. Ok for bed but not if you're still up.
