Citiz Hotel

Wonderful! Very modern and clean. Staff was lovely, location was great too. They also let us keep food in the fridge, which was so nice!

Our key cards continued to stop working a few times. Staff was always so nice to help us get in/ give us new cards though. The bathroom drain had a horrible smell and the bathroom door slid to shut either the toilet or shower so one was always exposed. It didn’t really matter but it was odd. The shower door didn’t contain all of the water when showering but that was fine too, all little things.

Lovely hotel . Stuff were so nice .very secure inside the hotel . Our room was clean . Metro was so close to the hotel . Lots of cafe , restaurant nearby .

Its a bit crowded outside the hotel , traffic was heavy .The only put off was drunk homeless people were sitting close to the hotel with lots of dogs , mornings & nights arguing & shouting in 2 occasions . . My daughter was scared to be around the hotel .

The room was modern, clean and very very comfortable. The location is frankly unbeatable, both for visiting Toulouse and for moving around other cities due to its proximity to the train and bus station. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. I had to work until midday (remotely in my room) and they let me check out at 13:00 so I would have time to pack after work.

You could get a toilet brush on demand, but it wasn't in your room to start with which is a first lol

Great place to stay in the heart of Toulouse. Ideally located close to Metro Jean Jaures and five minutes walk to Place Wilson, Place St George, the Capitole with loads of affordable restaurants and bars nearby. Staff were very friendly and chatty. They even went as far as giving us a room upgrade because of a problem we had suffered getting there (very late arrival of our flight) and it wasn't even their problem to solve. It's gestures like this that will make me book here again.

Fantastic location at the heart of the lovely city of Toulouse, especially great for transportation links to airport (the journey from leaving the hotel to airport for departing flight took less than 30 mins by public transport) and for walking around to see the city sights

We balked at paying 18 euros for breakfast so can’t comment on whether it was worth it but seemed expensive. Internet reception (which was free) wasn’t very good.

The location is superb being not only adjacent to both Metro lines and the and an airport shuttle bus stop but also a short walk away from Place du Capitole in the heart of the city. The main train station is also within easy reach if you want to explore further afield. Small but very comfortable bedroom and very friendly staff.

Although it did not unduly affect my stay, the wifi intermitently broke down. This might however be an inconvenience for someone needing it for business.

what an amazing stay! very clean, great location and the most helpful and friendly staff. I was very kindly upgraded to a superior room by the staff at reception, the room was spotless with all amenities you could need. Great location in the city centre. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Toulouse.

Beautiful room, well decorated throughout the hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and looked after us very well. LGBTQ+ friendly. The location is amazing - within a couple minutes walk of the main shopping, and a few more to all the historical attractions.

Our double bed was two twins pushed together, with double bedding on. Which meant one of kept disappearing down the middle of the bed. The shower seal could have been better, as water leaked a little, and the kettle was quite old-fashioned. Nicer shampoo and some conditioner would be appreciated.

I like that the room was cleaned Every day and water was placed in the Room daily

I didn't like the breakfast was cold, when we got there i Understand that the breakfast starts at 06:30 am but there should be warmers to keep The food hot ,for €18 per person you should be Able to get a cooked breakfast,guests should be Able to choose and order breakfast the day before. I didn't like the fact that access to certain websites were blocked on the Internet and we were not told before.

Really nice hotel and room. Couple of negatives. Sliding door for toilet and shower. If one was having a shower then no one could have privacy in toilet? Very odd set up? Bedroom very small. We only stayed for 3 nights but wouldn't like to stay any longer as its just to small.
