Probably the most important things rated very highly such as an excellent location right in the centre near to everything, very comfortable bed, hotel and room were very clean, breakfast was good. Staff were helpful

no fridge, safe or toiletries except for an all in one hand/body/ hair wash, not even a shower cap. hairdryer difficult to use as it has a button on the back that needs to be kept depressed to function while your try to hold it. room was very dark. was there in April and room was very stuffy but thankfully they were able to open bathroom window

Very nice hotel at the very centre of Toulouse. The hotel has been renovated completely and it is located at the side of one of the main squares of Toulouse. People was extremely polite and everybody speaks Spanish. This hotel is very good value, considering the location, quality and the fact that buffet breakfast was included. You can leave your car at the public parking in Capitole Square, two minutes walking from the hotel. The hotel offers a half price discount for the parking. Breakfast was good, WIFI reasonably fast and the bathroom was OK. Very good option to visit Toulouse.

Nothing. Public demonstrations in France are always a nuisance. This time was no different.

The hotel is in the center of Toulouse so its location is quite good. The room has a very adequate size; the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast is buffet, varied and delicious. I liked having a quiet room.

The shower is quite small; and the way the door is placed, I barely fit to get in to bathe and I'm not a fat person. Being December, it feels ugly having to stick to the cold wall to get into the shower. I didn't like that. The staff is friendly, except for a man at the reception who spoke more or less Spanish and when asked about how to get to a place he grumbled in French. He helped me but in a bad way and it is very rude to say things in a language that one does not understand when asking for something. Especially if it was just me and him at the reception. Better shouldn't help!

The hotel is extremely clean, the daily room cleaning is perfectly done, towels changed, bathroom cleaned, absolutley nothing to complain about. The staff is very helpful, good breakfast, the most central location one can imagine. The beds are sooo comfortable. Our room overlooked the internal yard and it was very quiet, we slept with the windows opened which was surprizing being in a city centre - no noise other than church bells. I am very happy I chose this hotel for our stay.

The location couldn't be more central, opening straight out onto Le Capitole (the main city square) - yet the courtyard is tranquil and bedroom was silent. Decor was low key and stylish and breakfast was excellent. Staff were particularly helpful and pleasant.

The mattress may have been quite new but was very uncomfortable - the kind that rolls guests into the middle. And air conditioning could have been more effective on some very hot nights.

Fantastic location, lovely and clean. Basic room with hanging rail & shelves for clothes, which was fine for a couple on nights. However the bed and pillows were really comfy and excellent shower, which is all you really need for a weekend break. Breakfast was sufficient, cold meat, cheese, bread and pastries.

The air conditioning couldn't be changed and seemed to turn off after a couple of hours, leaving the room quite warm in the middle of the night

Excellent choice for Toulouse, right on the main square, therefore location cannot be beaten. Staff very helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast buffet with plenty of places to sit inside and outside in 2 different courtyards, Room was clean and comfortable, excellent aircon - very important when it is 38 degrees outside! Good bathroom with excellent shower.

The obvious omissions from the room were a mini fridge (would have been welcomed in this hot weather to keep our drinks cold) and also a safe, every traveller will bring valuables of some description, therefore a safe in the room is important. One other small issue, we had an early departure on our last day, and the receptionist the evening before offered us a takeaway breakfast, which would be ready for us on departure, but it was not. The guy on night shift duty did give us some pastries though, thank you. Also, calling the taxi at 04:30 was not a good idea, it took longer to arrive than we expected, therefore if you have an early departure, I advise to book the taxi the night before.

Great location in the city centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was generally comfortable. The breakfast was superb with a very wide choice. The 12:00 checkout time was handy, as was the luggage storage facility.

Only issue we encountered was that the temperature in the room was too high at times. We were told it was centrally controlled to be 23C but at times it felt warmer than that. When we opened the window it became cold so the balance was a bit tricky.

Ibis Styles Toulouse Capitole is located right in the centre of Toulouse, at the main square; so you can easily walk to the main sights. Rooms are well equipped with comfy beds, free WiFi and an amazing bathroom (our room had a shower and it was great). I loved their buffet breakfast where you will be spoiled with choice. The hotel is stylish and it seems that they have thought about every small detail; the patio/terrace at the entrance of the hotel is very pretty and perfect for a drink after a long day visiting the city. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended!!

Everything was great.

This is an AMAZING hotel. The staff are hyper friendly, multi-lingual and very helpful. The location is just PERFECT right in the middle of Toulouse and yet not noisy. I got a room upgrade for free, just because. The breakfast was delicious. The bed super comfortable. I was there in December and it was very cold but my room was nice and warm. Everything was tidy, modern, clean. Thank you for this stay!
