We really liked the hotel and its convenient location. Its approximately 10 mins walking from the city center and really accessible by car. Parking everywhere in the street is for free. The rooms were really cozy and top designer inspired. We were pleasantly surprised with the wonderful job they had done to restore this old mansion and turn it into a hotel. It combines very well the past with the present. The hostess of the hotel Jennifer was simply amazing. She is so friendly, sweet and pleasant and really took the time to help us out and guide us through the city and champagne region. We had a really pleasant stay and overall the property is exceptional.

There is nothing that we didn't really like. There could be room for improvement but this is preferential and I believe depending on personal taste. For example, we could use more fluffy pillows, ours were a bit stiff and low but still good to sleep on. Another small detail is that we were missing fruit and vegetables (tomatoes and cucumber) during breakfast, not to say that the breakfast was not good, nonetheless, it was exceptional, but i think some vegetables and fruits would do the job (like apples or bananas). Other than that all super super good.

The hotel is well located, just outside the medieval centre of Troyes but only a short walk away, in a quiet street. The house is beautifully furnished, and the rooms have some nice stylish touches. The room was spacious, and the bed was large and comfortable. Breakfast was good, with a selection of cheeses, home-made pancakes, delicious croissants, fruit and yogurt. We loved Troyes, and this was an excellent, comfortable base from which to visit the town.

The bathroom was very spacious and well-appointed, but it would have been nice to have a stand-in shower, rather than a shower attachment in the bath. The Wi-Fi was a bit erratic. But these are small criticisms in an otherwise very enjoyable experience.

Very handy 5 minute walk to centre of town. Breakfast was fresh and delicious.

Property let down by bad technology. WiFi was very poor with almost non existent bandwidth. TV remote had a netflix button but it did not connect. Air con gave off a terrible smell of rotten fish when switched on. Needless to say we did not use it. Council are doing major road works right outside the front door. This makes access to the property by car difficult. Would be very noisy during the week though we were lucky to arrive at the weekend when they were not working. Owner left notifying us of this until too late to change our minds.

The host was excellent. She warned us of roadworks in the road of the Cd'H so we looked out for parking and had no problems. The Cd'H is situated within 5minutes of the historical centre so is well positioned. The property is spotlessly clean and but for a few small things is perfect. The breakfast was very good and the smell of fresh Croissants drew us down. It was the best coffeee we were served this trip. I thoroughly recommend.

Though I could get into my email account a lot of other websites timed out, which was frustrating. The next morning after breakfast when everyone else in the property had either left or was having breakfast I could get into those websites. We were on the top floor and the solution is to install a relatively cheap extender (eg from Netgear).

The hotel is a very thoughtfully renovated grand old building and all the rooms are beautifully stylish. But more importantly Jennifer, the owner, was so warm and welcoming. There was a handwritten note in our room, accompanied by cake and some biscuits for our dog. As we had a long drive ahead of us Jennifer served our breakfast early and made us coffee for the journey. Breakfast was a plentiful array of pastries, crepes, cheese, boiled eggs, cereal etc. Jennifer was the perfect host in a perfect hotel, only five minutes walk from the town centre. We couldn’t recommend this more highly and we will definitely be back.

There’s nothing we didn’t like, but it would be even more perfect if there had been a fridge in the room.

charming historic building which is tastefully decorated. short walk from the town centre. we were greeted very warmly by Jennifer. Our room was spotless with a large comfortable bed and spacious shower room.

There were hot drink making facilities in the room but only 1 teabag and no milk. Breakfast was okay but only 2 boiled eggs available when we went down and no more to follow. there was a small selection of cereals but no bowls to put them in, also no milk. Simple things to fix so please don’t let it put you off, we would definitely stay again 😊

Really lovely staff, room was delightful, very spacious & beautifully furnished. Would definitely go back again. Breakfast was delicious too.

It was located at the top of quite a lot of stairs which was fine for us, but if you are unsteady on your feet may not be.... We also had a little trouble finding it, there was a lot of road works going on, as the road was being resurfaced so that may have hindered us. However, we just called their number and were directed to parking just outside the door!

We stayed over a night on our way skiing to the Alps, and it was the perfect stop over! Loved the design of the rooms and it was just really pretty. It made me feel like we were in our own little historical french city house yet at the same time it had all the modern touches. We also loved how close it was to the centre and parking was easily available. The staff were lovely, polite and helpful and we would stay again.

The lock on door 2 was a bit tricky to use sometimes but takes nothing away from our lovely stay there.

Beautiful building close to the town centre, artfully decorated and with a real luxury feel.

The building is very discreet - there's only a small brass plaque on the front door confirming that you've got the right place, we went round the block a couple of times looking for a hotel sign and eventually parked and went looking on foot, could not have read the plaque from the road in dusk light. Once inside, friendly and informative welcome (and chat at breakfast) and a gorgeous room.

Exceptionally beautifully designed hotel with a modern yet warm style. Staff recommended and booked a lovely restaurant for us for dinner. Wonderful smell of pastries in the morning! Our room (superior double) was very spacious with tall ceilings, an AC unit (which was much needed) and a stunning bathroom. Located in a quiet residential area just 5-10 mins walk from the centre of Troyes (centre is noisy of an evening so relieved to stay somewhere more peaceful.)

Minor point: there was no shelf in the shower to put the shampoo and body wash bottle
