Excellent hotel in the middle of the city - on the other bank of the river from the central square. Extremely clean, nice breakfast, free parking nearby, soft and convenient pillows and mattress. In the bathroom there is a hygienic shower, in the room there are an electric kettle and a fridge. Wonderful receptionists! Special thanks to Giorgi!

the view from my room was not that good, it was just space between two outside walls. also, it should be noted, that location of the hotel is quite hard to find: you have to make a turn from the embankment.

My room was near the lift - it was noisy - you can hear everyone going At the upper floor you get balcony but smaller place to work - because of the fridge under the table =( wifi was not stable, and breakfast not tasty - cheap sausages and products, even it's a season for fresh local fruits and veggies I would suggest you to get a room at the lower level - because it more spacious and better work space

The peaceful location, the serenity, the view, the attitude of staff - they all were so respectful and accommodating. Due to a travel change, we arrived in Tbilisi a day earlier. Nina the manager helped us with a room at a different property for us to spend a night. They even agreed for our request for a late checkout. The team at the frontdesk was fabulous. I would anytime recoomend this place and would love to stay here again. As a family, we had a great time. Thank you Nina and the team.

The food. Since we were muslims, we had the option of very less halal items. But no complaints as we are used to having light breakfast.

I have stayed in many Hotels in my life in more than 20 countries and i must say that i was positively amazed from how polite and nice the staff at this Hotel are!! The room i stayed in was super clean,but really it was spotless(and i am very strict when it comes to how clean a place should be!!)I asked before my stay for a double bed and they provided that! It was also very comfortable! The view was both from my room and specialy the roof A M A Z I N G!! Price value was great. The breakfast in the Hotel was also very good,and the breakfast area very clean and taken care of!!! When you travel a lot there are some things that make a difference and make you want to come again! This was one of them What also made a very positive impression on me was how polite a young girl at the breakfast area was and how much care she took of the area and the people(cleaning,bringing foods that were empty,putting chairs in place,saying hello and goodbye!) Really amazing,and sadly those things arent very common in modern society Room and cleaning service were absolutely great! Reception was more than perfect! 2 men and 2 women, all 4 super friendly and always ready to help with anything(not only hotel services,but also about the city,stores,markets,bus,metro,food,parksetc etc Lit.everything) The owner of the Hotel is almost everyday there which shows he takes care of the Hotel and his guests! He is not some unreachable figure that you can only contact through emails(like most hotels in the world) He is very friendly,polite,helpful and if you need help he will defi.help you! Generaly i had a super experience in this Hotel I recommend it 110% even to the people who are more strict with things like service and who want to have everything perfectly clean 11/10

Absolutely nothing,everything was perfect!

Hot breakfast available. Amenities in the room like an electric kettle, coffee, tea, bottled water, fridge, slippers, soaps, and TOOTHBRUSHES too. Good wifi. Considering all the little amenities and a HOT breakfast, they offer great rates. The front desk staff is friendly and can offer some advice on where to eat or get a snack/soda. I didn't see any vending machines in the hotel. About a 7-minute walk to a small grocery store. It's not that close to the old town, but it's also not that far either. Download the BOLT app, and there is affordable transportation. It'll cost about $2 to $3 for a ride to the old town tourist places. However, I mostly walked. Just down the street and left on the main road(in front of Nikoloz Baratashvilli Statue), you'll find a man "Nikco" that hangs out with his van, and he has affordable day trips. Seemed to be better rates than the ones in the tourist areas. For $60 USD (150 Gel) I was taken to three different sites and spent the entire afternoon sightseeing. He has limited English, but if you just need a driver and not a tour guide, he's an affordable and safe driver. Obviously, if you had multiple people to split the cost of a van driver, it'll work out fairly cheap per person.

There is no room view. The window opens to a small "courtyard" (but there's no courtyard, just walls) and the only view is looking at the other hotel windows or the brick wall. The "window" is really a glass door but it will not open all the way, at least not in my room.

Hotel is in great location - it's quiet but just near the bridge to the old town. It's new and pretty, the rooms are comfortable, the bed was great and the breakfast was delicious. Also the staff helped me out a lot and were extremely welcoming. The views from the roof are great and the roof is always accessible.

In my room the window was narrow and it didn't let much sunlight in. I was working a lot and had to use the lamps. There's also no bar at the rooftop! You can bring your own food and drinks there but the place is begging for a bartender.

Very clean apartment, everything is new. The staff is amazing and friendly. Breakfasts were tasty and nutritious. I believe it is very good location, we even didn’t use public transportation to explore the city. It was completely great experience to stay here. Will recommend it to my friends. I had extremely good vacation including through the staying at this hotel!

This hotel right at the mid of city and it is very easy to commute to any important places within 10 mins by taxi. In addition I would appreciate for the hospitality of the staffs over there, though there’s some language concerns.

Only thing I would recommend is to do a room cleaning on a daily basis or at least whenever guests are requesting to do.

Modern, clean, quiet rooms with a spacious bathroom, light blocking curtains and AC. Parking available and close distance to city centre.
