Wyndham Grand Tbilisi

Rooms very spacious, hotel location is few minutes walk from the main square , the breakfast was great lots of food and variety

Swimming pool water was cold, not all receptionist is friendly and experienced we had to wait long to check in as at the beginning there was only one lady

Absoultely loved our stay! Perfect location, old town and other city parts easily accessible. Everyone was incredibly friendly. Totally amazed by Tbilisi, and will be back to this hotel again and again. Wyndham is a great and enjoyable place to stay!

No issues at all! I guess once COVID restrictions are cancelled, would be great to have full fridge and a roof top bar access.

The location is good, the Gym is 24/7 , room services was perfect.

The story started from the checking out, long process which will take at least 20min even if there is no long queue, coz you will keep listening to " Sir you use the mini bar!!! all the guest are taking the same from the mini bar" !! 4 guest in-front of me including me as well, didn't use it however we were charged the same !?! my recommendation is to ask them to empty the mini bar. coz even if U ask to speak to the manager Miss Mealga, she will keep saying we are working to improve the process and U have to pay Sir!!!!

hotel quite good, room are good size maybe a little old style, bathroom is nice and shower absolutely 10 on 10, stunning. On of the best bed where I slept during my business trips, maybe just a little bit more attention of clean is needed.

Honestly the fitness service is poor, not so many space and not so many option, breakfast is overpriced sincerly, quality of food is good but nothing more than normal, for this price is needed a top quality food.

I stayed 2 days but housekeeping didn’t clean my room, didn’t change towels and shampoo. I left room mornings and came back night, but room was same, dirty and without shampoo, water…

The rooms are huge, very clean, decent bathroom with rain shower. Hotel is centrally located.

We booked a couples aromatherapy massage. The staff were not ready for our booking so it started 15 minutes late. The massage itself was not great. The masseuse did not ask what pressure we would like, explain the treatment that we would be having and she did not know how to turn on the sauna, so overall I would say it was very average. This feedback was provided to the front office reception manager, and her response was "okay". Either she did not understand me properly or just wasn't interested in my feedback, weird nonetheless. The other thing that was below our expectation was the breakfast.

Very well maintained hotel resulting in a clean and esthetic hotel. Most of the personnel being very helpful and capable at the front desk, restaurant, room cleaning and cafeteria. The personnel attitude was almost always positive. Good breakfast with the restaurant personnel very attentive and efficient. Food quality good. Excellent location.

The language barrier was sometimes frustrating since the English speaking level was very low for most of the personnel. A few of the “middle” level personnel attitude toward their “lower” level was somewhat unacceptable.

location was very near to freedom square 5 minutes of walking distance, I stayed for new years eve and it was the best location in Tbilisi. Breakfast was good and the restaurant staff are very active. Had a very comfortable stay for 2 nights. I have booked the panorama suite and got the upgrade to the Club suite room. I also stayed in the BILTMORE Tbilisi in the same week ( which was let down for me) but the WYNDHAM GRAND TBILISI cleanliness is top-notch my room was extremely clean.

The breakfast menu was the same for the 2 days, the hotel is a little inside the street gets packed due to the very narrow road and the hotel has very limited spaces for parking, and it's difficult for the car to park. During the checkout front desk told me that I have used 2 items from the minibar which I didn't use at all. however, after explaining to reception they haven't charged me anything. (Could be a human error)

The Hotel is ideally located in the city centre and within 5-min walking distance of the old town, with public transport easily accessible and the surrounding streets filled with nice bars and wine stores. We stayed in the panorama room and found it very spacious, clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable, and of course the view was superb. The Spa has a pool, sauna and steam room which really helped us relax. We highly recommend the Wyndham Grand to anyone visiting Tbilisi and wishing to stay in a central location with great service and rooms.

The windows in the panorama room could do with some cleaning as they were quite dirty, although this did not materially spoil the view. We also found the iron and ironing board to be a bit dirty.
