Tbilisi Marriott Hotel

very good ,location was perfect,ambiance of the htl is amazing

my second stay at the hotel,check-in was fast and straight to the point, the location of the hotel is perfect and my room as suite was big and quiet, staff everywhere friendly and willing to help, just need to get some good English speakers team so they can understand the basics of guests needs, breakfast was good at the restaurant.

the lounge is very small and the distance between tables is very close so i didn't feel comfortable going there, I went there once that's it , should have a better furniture layout and also background music so we dont feel uncomfortable in talking to each other, AC in the room is very noisy and safe box one time open and one time doesn't operate, HK service is always late and no DND sign for the room available , also overcharged my credit card which try to sort it out now

Location was ideal.... just 8-10 min walk from Freedom Square which is the heart of Tbilisi. The Liberty Square Mall, Parliament House and Georgia National Museum are also 5min away on the same road (Shota Rustaveli Ave). Hotel staff was smiling & welcoming and was always available to respond to any matters. Special words of praise for Mariam and Sophie at Reception desk who were very cooperative. Our review wd be incomplete without mentioning Michael at Concierge who was extremely friendly & helpful and guided us to all the right places (restaurants, sight seeing etc) in Tbilisi. The Breakfast at Hotel had a good variety of food, fruits, breads, juices etc. Wifi was hi-speed. Bank's currency exchange counter and ATM are right in the Hotel itself.

Suggestions fr improvement : 1) Hotel shd offer free Airport pickup & drop fr guests 2) Breakfast was a bit overpriced. Also, breakfast and Hotel menus shd include Halal products. 3) More English & Hollywood Movie channels shd be available on TV. 4) Hotel shd hv some lively restaurant and bar. It will add color to the overall ambience.

Booking.com showed a smaller room photo. Hotel apologized and couldn’t upgrade due to unavailability. Using car parking is difficult.

Clean and nice staff

Upon my checkout at the Marriott Bonvoy in Tbilisi, we had a settled bill at which I discovered a miscalculation where they had overcharged me 66.12 GEL. when I confronted the reception about this error, they promptly recalculated and billed me the correct value, which I signed and payed accordingly. The staff were so genuinely nice and helpful! Security wise it always felt like coming home, as when we would return back around late night, security would always step out & make sure we are safely within the premises of the hotel. Breakfast F&B team, concierge and main reception team were all very nice! Location is great as the Galleria Mall is a 10 mins walking distance.

Would have been better if the hotel had a pool! The fact you fan use Courtyard Marriott Pool, again just a close walking distance, was helpful but nit when you're traveling with kids or even otherwise.

The Location was Amazing, the Reception was good and the House Keeping as well. Specially the house keeping as we had to call them several times and they had wonderful response.

Poor Breakfast Buffet Services, as the staff was not organized well and most of them was very very busy.

Breakfast is quite expensive in relation to selection/variety of food.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Mishael Our stay was exceptional because each one from the front desk to the waiters and waitresses to the cleaners, would serve us with a smile. The hotel is beautiful and the courtyard is a lovely place to sit at all times. The food at the restaurants was amazing and the breakfast selection was very wide and delicious. The executive lounge on the third floor was very convenient. If you book a room on the third floor, you can have breakfast and dinner there free of charge. The variety wouldn't be much but still it is a perk. The location is amazing. Near cafes, restaurants, a mall, museums, the opera and ballet theater, the old town, etc. You can't find a hotel with a better location in Tbilisi. I recommend this hotel.

the reception staff was so welcoming, helpful and friendly.

the room service were so poor in timing and the staff was a bit rude and don't pay attention to the order requests, it was not only one time, almost every time with different staff members.
