Great location. Good food (especially at rooftop restaurant Ghumeli). Clean rooms. Nice interior and exterior design in the common areas.
Room too small, not enough storage space. Strange shape of toilet, not very ergonomic. Too much noise, probably due to lack of isolation, but you could hear cleaning ladies discussing loudly at 8am like they were in your room.

It's right next to freedom square. So the location is prime. We booked the terrace room with a view of the whole city and mother of georgia. The room had all the amenities and bathroom was good too. Restaurant has good buffet breakfast so do book your hotel along with breakfast.
Staff could be little more helpful and friendly towards other nationalities.

I liked the location three minutes to the freedom square. All kind of restaurants surrounded the hotel. Tourist attractions in the center were near to the hotel about 15 minutes walking.
First day one of the receptionist tried to conceive me in different room than the one I booked despite he tried to convince me its from the same category but it wasn’t because I paid for the highest category . He showed us Just a room in the fifth floor on the left side of building and denied if there is any other vacant room in this floor . After I complained in the reception for other receptionist, he talked with his manager , she ordered them to give me a vacant room in the same floor with a good scenery. Make sure you have photos for all steps of booking to safe your rights .
