The staff was super friendly and ready to help, great selection at breakfast, large, spacious room, enough parking places.

The room was a tad bit cold during the night because the hotel did not heat it early enough before our arrival. The fact that the outside temperature was fairly below zero did not help either as our room was on the ground floor with the entrance door that leads directly into the garden.

The room was nice, with a comfortable bed and pillow. There’s a supermarket across the way and it’s right by the big park. The garden is pretty and the breakfast was good.

The WiFi didn’t work at all in the room, and although they came in to clean on the first day, no one cleaned the room the second day. I don’t know why. The shower also took a long time to get hot.

The breakfast was good, and the location was practical and convenient, there is tram/bus stop in front of the Hotel, so reaching the city is not a problem at all. Also the check-in with the keybox system is quite convenient, when you want to check in outside of the receptioon opening hours.

The mattress is a little bit too soft, it might not for everyone.

Huge room, very clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast . Friendly owners. Even though on main road no noise. Great location for travelling into the centre as trams outside. We were going to go into the centre to eat but I discovered that 3 restaurants in top 30 on trip advisor all within walking distance . Only stayed one night but would definitely book again.

Everything was great

Ideally situated for us as we were travelling through Germany. We were able to take the bus into Augsburg and explore the city. Very good breakfast with a great choice. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was very clean and our room was very comfortable.

The breakfast was terrific, plenty of choices, everything fresh and delicious. The location was a only a few tram stops away from the old town, so no problems getting there. Rooms were pretty basic, but spotless and everything was provided. The property has sauna, which needs to be reserved, so we didn’t get a chance to experience it. Free parking is a blessing. Overall, a very nice stay.

Location excellent for using tram to access Augsburg centre, comfortable room and quality breakfast. Staff very helpful and room comfortable & clean and nice garden and patio to relax on.

The breakfast was sufficient, parking was easy and comfortable. We arrived outside of their receptions working hours and they organized our key via the keybox really smoothly.

The room got quite hot, and there was not much you could do to cool it down. So this would a good place to stay during slightly cooler months.

Reiner was a wonderful host. The room and facilities were comfortable very clean. The breakfast was excellent. Well located just outside the city but on a tram line into the city was very convenient. The tram stop was opposite.

No lift.

Overall very nice stay, clean, confy room, adequate beds, nive, and bid bathroom. Beautifull garden with possibility to breakfast there. This room was with the direct acces to garden. The hausaster is very profesional and friendly. We get some recomendation. Definitelly will visit again.
