Arthotel ANA Aura

Bathroom and beds were nice and clean, and we could open a window luckily. Breakfast was nice, the place is open until 22pm. The Italian restaurant on ground floor is quite good!

The only disappointment was that there was no aiconditioning in our room, luckily the evening cooled off (from 35 degree celsius or more to about 25) but otherwise we would have had a very warm night... Airconditioning was mentioned on the Booking.com page, but is only available for rooms of 3p or more on the 3rd floor (?)

The team was very flexible and we were able even to do a very late check in just don't hesitate to contact them in advance regarding it. Very clean rooms.

However, there was no AC and during the summer that turns into a problem. Also the shower was working but some pieces were detached and you are left worried for it not to completely brake. Overall it was a great 1 night stay at a great price offered on Booking.

We had a room at the 3rd floor., with 3 beds. It was clean and spacious. The furniture is a little outdated, but in a very good condition. The lower floor rooms are modernized, and nicer. The breakfast was good. It is a self check-in, just introduce the code and you have your keys. So no need to wait to check-in.

We had the unpleasant surprise to have no liquid soap or any kind of soap. After I called the hotel, the gave me another key to take the soap from that room (but they had just hand soap, no shower soap). The location is nice, but nothing much to do.

Nice interior, including all you need for your stay, even a hand cream. Wi-fi worked really well everywhere. Late night arrival was organised even when the reception did not work, it was contact free. Breakfast was really good, I liked that we could take tea/coffee with us on our trip furthermore. This is so convenient!

There was no refrigerator in the room(even though it said there is one) and no so nice view from our room. Everything else was fine 😊

Location was great - near the highway and yet quiet and safe. The hotel offers secure underground parking, so if you are traveling with a lot of stuff, you don't have to bring it all to your room.

The underground parking area has very limited capacity because it is filled with piles of building materials and cars in long-term storage.

We had a lovely one-night stay at the Arthotel. The communications before our arrival were great, we found our key in the nightvault. Lots of parking around the hotel too. The room was very nice and warm, everything we needed was there and the design was very cosy. We had a very good night sleep! The breakfast was outstanding, there was plenty of everything and the people working there were super friendly. We really recommend this hotel!!!

Nice room, cleaned and comforting. Nice and welcome people at hotel and restaurant, very good food.

No AC in the room, no mosquito net, and a quiet some noise. Our room was with the window to the street, very hot outside and inside, so we could not sleep very well.

Breakfast is great, the rooms are totally okay for a night stay, the hotel manager is really nice. The area is quiet and location good for those travelling to Munich or the other way…

The hotel still needs a bit of update. Foreign staff, we saw a lot of Romanians around the property… which can be bothering if you are looking for a Bayern style on vacation.

We were not able to come on the booked date bec of some logistics problem but they told me to just call them when I am sure that we would not arrive at the booked date. We came the next day and there was no problem at all. Their breakfast have everything we wanted, it was very filling and sent us satisfied as we have a long drive ahead.
