ibis Styles Bad Reichenhall

Very nice hotel in the middle of such a beautiful place to visit. Staff were very helpful. The restaurant and bar were very nice and the food was terrific. With the walking plaza right out the front door and the close proximity to the gardens, it was the perfect location.

Our air conditioner wasn't working and when we informed the desk the next day we were told it was out in the whole building. That is fine but I wish they would have informed us that that was the case instead of us thinking we were doing something wrong. A little monetary compensation would have been nice for the inconvenience. The pillows need changed out also.

It was really clean and modern. Parking was easy if a bit pricey. Breakfast selection was very good. Location was awesome as it was in the middle of downtown Bad Reichenhall.

The sauna was dangerous. The sauna had tile floor without any wood or plastic slats. The tiles were so hot that we burned our feet after standing on it for 5 seconds. I have been to many saunas and in no other sauna was the wood of the benches as hot as here.

The hotel is super stylish, very nice designed. Good organisation, nice rooms, friendly staff. In general we liked it.

The parking space in the garage is too expensive (€18 per night) in my opinion since we were guests of the hotel. But you can park on the streets near by which is free during the night (18-9), as we did. Although the room was great the bunk beds for the children were only 160 cm long. In our case it wasn't a problem, but there in no notice for that on the Booking site.

Breakfast was really high quality, real scrambled eggs, not powder! Quality of everything was excellent, even at Bavaria standards. Overall would definitely stay again and very impressed!

People smoking outside the main door and the smell goes into open windows above . But this is a problem at most hotels,,, move the smoking areas away from doors and the main buildings is an easy answer. I didn't use the top floor Wellness facility, but had a look and its very nice, but a shame they don't have a roof top sun area for a new building like this, it's all enclosed.

Great location, parking was easy(15€ per night), arrived late and left before breakfast started but hotel was able to make a breakfast bag to go with prior information. Great spacious bathroom. Will definitely come back.

AC took a while to cool the room, Family room bunk beds are very small (take note of their info showing size) but problem solved moving mattress to floor.

Clean comfortable rooms right in the centre. Magnificent views of the surrounding mountains and park. We had booked early check in, but arrived even before that. Our youngest son was not feeling well, and the staff was gracious enough to let us enter the room several hours before our check-in time. Breakfast was tasty and well stocked

Nothing, everything was good

The room was clean and the breakfast was also good. Very good cofee. On the ground floor of the hotel there is a PUB where you can have dinner in a nice atmosphere.

The bunk beds were too small. Not even a 10-year-old girl could fit. The 12-year-old boy preferred to sleep on the floor. There are no glasses in the room, but they can be requested at reception.

Location and services were excellent. Would repeat.

You have to drive through a pedestrian zone to get to the parking garage. There's a long way, and a short way through the zone that takes a round-about street. No fault of the hotel but Google Maps is not particularly helpful in this regard bringing you to a back street that doesn't go through. One you have gotten there, leaving is easier.

The location is top as it located in the center of Bad Reichenhall, one minute walk to shopping street and gradier house in the park

The cleanness in the room as we stay there for one week and the room was not vacuum.

Breakfast was great. Personnel did an excellent job servicing breakfast during rush hour. The hotel is new, modern and very clean. The management (CEO) showed personal care for the customers. The pleasant surprise was also a hotel bar/restaurant, with tasty food at competitive prices.

Garage is a little pricy at 15 € per night without good alternative.
