The people working at "Am Kamin" were super friendly! And there are cats in the parking lot, very cute

Clean room. Bathroom was really nice. They do provide breakfast which is always a plus. And connections with public transport are decent with station Marxloh pollmann nearby.
Staff was superficially friendly but not very forthcoming or service orientated. Breakfast was kind of stale and oftentimes there would be nobody around in the morning to answer any questions. If you aren't out by 11 your room won't be cleaned for the day and they were very strict about not letting another guest into the room even if they weren't staying overnight.

The rooms were quite small and didn't seem super well cleaned. Besides a TV, there wasn't much in the room, no kettle or tea or anything like that.

Staff on the reception was unbelievable. The old man didnt allowed us to enter our rooms because he didnt understand our reservation name for 2 hours. He lost his stuff on the table and he complained us for robbery. Then he found them on the ground. Although we called the hotel 3 times before check in, we faced thousands of challenges to explain him. He was waiting 8 persons on the same name :)))
