B&B Hotel Frankfurt City-Ost

This is an excellent hotel for a short stay in Frankfurt. We used it only for one night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good for this low budget hotel. They offer a private parking behind the hotel which we used. The price for parking is very fair. In can recommend this hotel. Although the hotel is next to the street the room was very quit.

Beautifully presented room, very clean and light. We were not short of anything. Very friendly staff and great facilities, including a parking garage, no check-out and air conditioning in the room.

The breakfast when bought separately is quite expensive, so we usually went elsewhere.

A wonderful solution to stay for a night in the center of Frankfurt for a family with 2 children in a family room. Fantastic breakfast and a parking for a very reasonable pricing. Good choice of satellite channels.

It would' ve been superb to have a small fridge in a room. Also it lacks a teapot but that's quite a minor disadvantage.

The receptionist was super nice and friendly! The hotel is just in front of the metro (Tram) so it’s really a plus aaaand there’s restaurants just around the corner.

The only problem was the room. Well it’s clean but there’s this pungent smell coming from the bathroom that was given to us. We told the staff about it and they’re so nice they gave us not just a room for two but a family room! me and my friend were so thankful. The receptionist told us about the smell, said that it’s because of the construction site near the hotel or something.

Our stay for couple of nights went well. Rooms were clean, location is also good and reachable by public transport.

An electric kettle can be handy in the room to make instant tea/coffee.

Great price performance ratio, it was actually a steal if I compare with other offers on booking.com, very clean room, vending machines at the lobby available at all times, reasonable distance to city centre (about half an hour of walking)

Triple room was quite small, nothing much in it except for the basics, breakfast is not included (but it all was clear when booking a room at this price so it is all ok)

the property location os excellent just beside a metro station, rain and bus stations. good supermarket infront of it and a bar and pizza restaurant. speedy internet, friendly staff. bit far from downtown but 15 min almost 3 stations by underground (5.5 Euros daily ticket)

the bed covers were too small, they didn’t have any big one - it barely covers your body. Houskeeping pass by 8AM which is too early if in holiday.

We liked everything about our stay here. Not that far from the airport. Room was cozy, staff was courteous. Perfect stay for a day or two to walk to and explore The Main river and to the Old town. I'll surely stay here again.

The pillows were tooo soft for me. Literally flats out. But i realised thats the case with almost any stay during our trip in Germany. My wifey didnt have that problem though.

Comfort, cleanliness, very friendly staff... all recommendations. Hotel is located in an excellent location, the area is nice and peaceful, cafes and restaurants nearby are great and also the public transport stations are very close.

The hair dryer is weak, but everything else is really great.

It is very clean, neat and everything is in its place. Decoration, pictures, kitchen, and food are excellent. Most importantly is the receptionists (Dana and Isabelle). Both are very friendly and helpful.

Cleaned and well maintained. The garage is very comfortable for the guests to use and move. The location is close to most places.
