Hilton Frankfurt City Centre

Everything was good. Really nice breakfast, servers during the breakfast were exceptionally attentive, polite, helpful, smiley and shared positivity. Server during the dinner was also very attentive, friendly and made a nice recommendations of cocktails and food which we are indeed enjoyed. We really enjoyed during our stay. The hotel is definitely Pet Friendly. Thanks a lot for providing all necessary amenities for our dog. We will definitely come back.

The only disappointment was the Wellness, Spa area. There is no separate wellness for hotel guests nor access. We were sharing wellness area with walk in customers. One of sauna was out of order. In order to enter sauna we supposed to walk through the gym which is not really part of hotel rather complete separate gym sharing the same Sauna and wellness area. We felt a bit weird to walk all the way through gym then changing room and finally found the spa/ sauna. However sauna was really nice even through not super professional. The water in Cold pool was not really clean, the greenish organic thingy was visible at the bottom of the pool.

Cleanliness, room size, bed was comfortable and excellent location.

This hotel uses fragrance diffusers in the lobby and in the room toilets. The smell is obnoxious and strong. There is also a fragrance in the bedding. Whoever the marketing guru all the hotels are listening to about pumping fragrance throughout the building should be fired. If hotels treat customers kindly and respectfully and pricing is right hotels don't need some gimmick such as fragrance to try and make people like their experience. For allergy and asthma suffers this is a HUGE issue and hotels should be more sensitive. Hilton should remove the diffusers out of the toilet rooms that are in the bedrooms at a minimum. Being forced to breathe the chemicals in the fragrance is no different than having to breathe cigarette smoke.

The hotel location was extremely central. 5 minutes walk away to everywhere. We welcomed by car vale very gently and nice. Receptionist Mr Okan and his colleague Ali was very helpful and kind. They even didnt reject one of my personal request to help packed for my kids toys. This was very kind thought. Breakfast was far good than other EU hotels means very rich. Room was very very tidy and clean. The rooms and bathrooms were renovated well which are totally meeting all requirements of client. Lobby was wide and make you feel confortable to stay. The view from my room was looking for park and it made me feel i am having vacation stay rather than business. Thank you for all these experiences to all hotel management and staff!

Gym was FANTASTIC, decent lounge, great breakfast, nice and helpful staff, check out at 12, apples at reception, I was able to work in the lounge after check out, clientele was dressed appropriately

Room was only cleaned on request, not enough towels, air con noisy, shampoo bottle came off the shower wall day one and wasn’t replaced (stayed 4 nights). Lounge food was very Limited…Monday Breakfast staff wasn’t really with it…

The room was spacious and comfortable with a nice park view. The breakfast was outstanding, except I was not impressed by the coffee. The staff at check-in, the breakfast team, and room service were all very friendly and helpful.

The coffee at breakfast was not great. I expected better quality. It was also annoying having to take the elevator all the time even from my room on the 2nd floor. One time I tried taking some stairs and got lost in the basement of the hotel :) The room was very expensive, but possibly due to time of year.

Check-in and check-out were smooth, responsive, and polite employees. The bathroom and bedroom were clean and tidy, I liked that they included in the room every type of wall socket including a USB port. The location was great near to everything in the city center. Breakfast was tasty and had a lot of varieties including a chef cooking eggs at your request, and sitting outside in the nice weather was a bonus.

The only downside of this hotel is the parking, which they can solve by renting nearby parking spots for guests.

The hotel is very nicely located in the center of town, a station throw away from the metro station. The using of the great gym and large swimming pool have been very beneficial to us. The room was very specious and spotless clean. The staff have been amazing! We truly loved it there during our 9 nights stay!

The hotel was very clean and modern. The breakfast had a variety of dishes, which I loved. The location was good. they sent me a cake to celebrate woman’s day which was a lovely gesture :)

there were some hiccups, such as only one elevator working, which was annoying. Additionally, there was a hotel policy of not providing water, except at check-in. This policy seemed weird to me.

the location was great and the quality of the hotel, from cleanness to service were pretty decent!

the dinner options weren’t international enough and I wasn’t sure if it was worth the money for the options given in the hotel. the cooperation with fitness first was smart but it also decreases the overall quality of the facility due to fitness first targets a different clientail. sauna is way too small and crowded. that was abit disappointing.

Awesome architecture: the building, the lobby, breakfast room, hotel bar and, last but not least, the room itself. Staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was huge, spacious and came with enough tables for guests in the morning. In most hotels it is somewhat difficult to get your second cup of coffee in time (sometimes even the first one), but here the staff was very attentive and asked several times if everything is fine.

There is only valet parking , but several public parking garages in walking distance. The club area (executive floor) is closed due to Corona. The aircon is a little loud.
