B&B Hotel Heilbronn

First of all I have chosen this hotel on my transit based on parking availability using filter option in booking. After I was charged the full amount I got the message that parking is "a special feature" and I need to reserve it. So I did request a reservation. Even though during my stay there was plenty of free parking spots I was redirected to public parking area about 1,5 km away. It is disappointing, especially when traveling with kids (which I mentioned also) and when sudden need for "an urgent item from the baggage in a car" arises at 11pm.

A comfortable hotel with spacious rooms and bathrooms. Wifi was good. Everything clean and nice. These are the kind of places you don't remember years later because they don't have a special character, but for an overnight stay during a long journey they are perfect.

For us there was no longer enough space in the car park, but it was the weekend and we were able to park free on the street. We could hear the sounds of the city a bit through the open window, but it was our choice not to turn on the air conditioning.

perfect room, essential but clean and with everything you need to feel good. You have to get organized because the space is minimal (for the double room), but nothing that creates big problems . The room was on the top floor and very quiet. The breakfast maybe a bit basic ,but for us who don't do a lunch is perfect. The excellent location, 1 minute from the station and the tram. 10 minutes walk from the center.

The door to the room, very heavy and therefore difficult to open. In our room the door of the bathroom did not close and open properly.

The location was great to walk around and do things for the evening and morning. Check was easy.

The ac didn’t work but it was nice enough to keep the window open however my room was on the ground floor so the street noise was loud for the window being open. Alo the front door was not locked ( locking mechanism was broken) as advertised after hours. The maid walked in during the morning without knocking and we were sleeping, it scared me and woken me up abruptly.

As there was a long queue I checked in online which was helpful. The bed was comfortable and shower had good water pressure. Good Internet speed too.

A kettle would have been nice. Also unlike many places you cannot leave your luggage to pick up later eg checkout is 10am and your train is 1pm or check in is 3pm and you arrive in Heilbronn at 11. A shame that can't be offered as most places do offer that in my experience.

Great location, clean and comfortable. Staff really friendly and helpful. Although room facing the street, well insulated so little noise.

Shower drain smelt a little off. Some breakfast items on a really high shelf - please think of the short people!

it's position is super! you can even see the train station directly from downstairs. only several minutes walk from Experimenta.

code for entering the parking slots is not working so well, have to repeat many times. some towels are a bit yellowy.

Very good location, nice personnel, clean hotel. A good choice for one night stay in Heilbronn. Good breakfast with a street view.

Not enough parking spaces at the hotel parking. I was directed to a free parking some 700 meters away.

Very convenient Hotel with no thrills, simply functioning and very good value for money. Close to almost everything in Heilbronn-

Breakfast with less prepacked products.

Self-checkin (apart from filling the form) was pretty smooth and easy. Room was nice and clean.

Lengthy check-in at kiosk. Filling in way too much data with all the bags, in the small room which everyone needs to walk through when entering the hotel - effectively blocking entrance.
