HARBR. hotel Heilbronn

Rooms very new , clean and bright . Excellent A/C on a very hot day in Heilbronn . About 2km from city center . Comfortable beds and really clean nice bathroom . Breakfast adequate but certainly not inspiring . Microwave and refrigerator in room .

This very large and very new hotel seems to have forgotten bicycle travelers and tourists . There is no secure bike storage with the only storage available in the very front of the hotel immediately at the reception entry and in the public front . The concept of vandalism or theft and trip disruption appears not to be a concern for this hotel . A secure room or bike cage might be a good investment ! As bikers who have traveled over 70,000km. in Europe we will never stay in the hotel again !!

The location is great, the walk around next to the river was beautiful. We arrived at 3 in the morning, the 24-hour check-in is greatly appreciated, we arrived at 3 in the morning, the receptionist was super chill and friendly, and everything was very fast so that we could get to bed. The interior heavily stylised into a sailor/port theme is definitely not my style, but I guess most people like stuff like this. I would like stuff like this to be more geared to be practical. If it wasn't for the parking issue, this would be an easy 10 star

The only real complaint is with parking when leaving. I paid for parking in the morning, but my ticket did not get updated and didn't let me out of the car park. The lady receptionist was very difficult to deal with, as she kept telling me that it works....it took me walking 4 times from my car to the front desk before she let me out manually.

Great location, very nice city, modern hotel, good breakfast.

There was a complete mix up with our reservations. We had two separate reservations. One for 1 room and the other for 2 rooms. First reservation room ended up next to one of the rooms from the second reservation and its "pair" room on another floor. Room with one person ended up having a baby crib that was needed in another room with a little kid. That was a big surprise because baby crib was not available from the beginning and it was communicated through messages on Booking.

Everything was truly excellent (incl. Breakfast), but what stood out to me was this: My partner and I stayed with our two dogs and were astonished that the staff prepared 2 dog beds with bowls for food & water and extra towels for NO EXTRA COST! That never happened before. Usually hotels are quite awkward with dogs and see it as a way to charge extra, but they were genuinely doing their best to make out stay as comfortable as possible! Will stay there again when in Heilbronn.

Limited parking spaces on-site and the public car park next to the hotel only accepts coins, no EC card or such. But that's not really the hotel's fault.

I like the hotel and my room both. Everything is comfortable, clean and stylish. The room has blackout curtains, which allows you to have a good night's sleep.The bathroom is big and very comfortable. I really liked the breakfast, there was a choice even for a vegetarian. At the reception I was greeted by a very polite and friendly hotel staff who spoke excellent English.

The mattress was comfortable, there were several pillows on the bed, but only one had a pillowcase. This pillow didn't work for me.

New, clean, good breakfast. Staff helpful, close to the autobahn, ideal for a stop on the way to somewhere else. Big parking structure next to the hotel. River view from the room also OK. Nice bedsheets/duvet covers.

No parking in front of hotel, limited spaces. Located in business area/industrial estate so nothing around it except one italian restaurant. Walls between rooms made of cardboard - every time neighboring room closes bathroom door the whole entire headboard of the bed moves - shocking. No mini-fridge.

Breakfast was really nice with a good amount of options. Staff was helpfull and friendly. Room was nice and clean. And with car you are in no tim in the center of Heilbronn.

Location can really be upgraded with a bit more green around. If the hotel would plant some trees it would make it look way more cozy. Now it felt a bit like a industrial hotel. While the location has potential.

It was great, as usual. Rather good reception, very comfortable and spacious room, good location, good breakfast.

Breakfast could feature more choices of fresh fruit and more vegetables - then it would be amazing. The baby bed was not very good, our baby spent most of the night sleeping with us because the mattress was too soft (she was sinking in it) and it was missing the usual hard base.

The hotel is very pleasant, clean and new. The breakfast is great.

I didn't get 2 close rooms they weren't even on the same floor. There is parking for the hotel, but they did not explain to me that it is for a fee. Rooms are cleaned only once a week. I needed a change of towel, extra soap in the shower and toilet paper. But the staff is very kind and everything was taken care of.

Modern hotel just outside the centre of Heilbronn. Room and airconditioning very good. Nice and quiet area although there is some building work close by. The hotel is situated on the river with the possibility to walk along it and see some wildlife. We would definitely come back again.

No dislikes, perhaps a kettle for tea/coffee would have been nice in the room.
