The room is spacious and clean, bed is very comfy, easy to park at underground, the breakfast for 14€ offers wide array of selections and good quality, like the natural shampoo and hand soap a lot too! Friendly staff at the reception

No water kettle but the staff offered us boiled water in thermal flask, so it is ok We requested for room with disabled facilities when we made booking leaving note in special request, however the hotel didn't see it so we have to stay in normal room as there was no more room with such facility, best to call the hotel upon reservation to make sure they get your request

Friendly staff, free parking, clean. Location close to the highway so good starting point for the car trips. Good starting point for wineyards trips (walk, bike, run) surrounding the hills around. Very good breakfest. Very good value for money!

Location is in business area, so there are no restaurants in walking disctance (only Fastfoods). Hotel itself has only breakfest service, no lunch or dinner (you can order pizza or toats in reception buffet). There was no cleaning on Saturday.

The location of the hotel was really good for us. The breakfast was also very good and the staff in the breakfast area was very friendly and also helped. we could bring a dog.

We came very late, and could get a parking or wanted to open the parking garage for us. The air conditioner was definitely not working, so it was very hot in the room and not very good for the dog! and then a staff ran after us because they was afraid we didn’t have pay but it was pay over booking and they told us it was not accepted! So we are waitin to see the bank account if we paid for this stay two times!

The design is cute, the bed was comfortable. Everything seemed to be clean. We liked the kind service, even though we checked in late night the receptionist was professional and kind. The breakfast was nice, continental. The room was big and it even had a nice couch by the window, it was easy to find place for our stuff.

If I really have to pick something I didn't like was that damage on the carpet.

Very nice hotel located conveniently (for us) close to the highway. It is well isolated so you cannot hear any noise. We had a great experience with the staff that did their best to accommodate our requests. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of choices. There is a free parking just in front of the hotel. We strongly recommend staying there.

It`s our third stay in this hotel and I really recommend it. It`s clean, quiet, with comfortable beds and convenient parking in front of the hotel. It`s a bit distant from the city center but it`s so close to the motorway so great to take an overnight stay during long travels. Will be returning!

Nothing really to dislike

Good business hotel in a good location, easy parking, close to all what you need when staying at Neckarsulm. But boy did I sleep well there - bed was very comfy and room was quiet. Straightforward check-in without any hassle. Recommended.

Breakfast selection could be a bit broader, but nothing to complain.

Family room was really big and clean. Design is also very nice and cozy. Breakfast is really great. So many varieties of food plus nice coffee. In the evening there is also a bar open in the lobby, so you can spend some nice time. Free parking just in front of the entrance. Couple good German restaurants, 5 min drive distance or 20 minutes walk. Overall city is nice and friendly.

Pretty much everything. Really helpful staff, big room, fantastic breakfast, good parking. Useful to know: bar snacks are perfectly acceptable if restaurant is closed; 2 branches of Lidl very near by.

Location is a bit uninspiring (trading estate). Would have been nice if the restaurant was open, but the bar snacks were fine.

Very clean and easy, great to have parking. Very spacious room. Staff very helpful. They have bikes to ride for free and this was great as the hotel was out of town. We had a lovely ride along Neckar river to Heilbronn.

Quite a distance from any town or restaurants.
