ACHAT Hotel Frankfurt Airport

Wait time for shuttle was a bit longer than expected however hotel staff and room was perfect, staff were welcoming and friendly. Room and bathroom facilities were very comfortable and good. Would recommend to friends and family

Wait time for shuttle service pickup at the airport was too long should cater to people without a working sim card in Germany as I had to use Skype told them had no contact to receive calls while in Germany

Quiet countryside hotel with close location to train station. Large parking lot. Great breakfast buffet. Large room with desk and storage closet. Large windows. Large efficient elevators. General staff ( except for first receptionist ) were very friendly. Exceptional Hungarian restaurant on site.

Upon our arrival, the female receptionist was very rude to us. She made us feel very uncomfortable and later lost our breakfast booking. Bathroom had poor ventilation.

Friendly and polite staff Clean, Good breakfast, Efficient shuttle service with polite, helpful and friendly drivers.

I think it would be nice to leave one or two water bottles for guest in the hotel room. We where thirsty and couldn't find any water to drink at the hotel. Noy many restaurants near by so we ordered Pizza and the pizza delivery brought us a free 1 liter drink wich was what we needed.

Everything fine. Just needed a place to lay my head before a flight out the next day.

Shuttle service to airport could be improved.

1. The shuttle bus provided by the hotel is really comfortable 2. The staff here are really friendly and professional 3.The room is really comfortable and clean

There’s no AC in the room so if you plan to stay here in summer maybe it would be a bit too hot in the room. They have a fan in the room but it’s loud.

The room was clean and quiet and, unexpectedly, also contained a fridge. There was also no problems bringing my dog along for a small, extra fee.

Although labelled as an airport hotel, it's not really that easy to get to, with a taxi ride costing about 45 EUR.

The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Much variety. In the room there was a complimentary bottle of water. Very clean. Staff spoke English.

The taxi driver who picked me up at the airport didn't speak English and I had to clarify it was me to be picked up, not end up somewhere else.

Manager was very flexible and accommodated my change of plans midway through my stay. Punctual taxi service to airport provided by hotel. Quick and efficient check in.

WiFi in the evenings. Other times it was good.

I liked the quiet location, the parking is good and big but not big enough for the hotel. Very good staff and restaurant. Comfortable bed. A wood bordering with the hotel and I saw two wild rabbits...I like it :-)

Too many cars on the parking and very difficult to find parking place if you arrive later.

On Booking.com the distance from the Airport is written 8km, it is many more km than that. I feel to far for a stopover but they do supply a free shuttle both ways. The room had a strong smell of cooked pickles but we did see they were laying flooring so maybe it was the glue
